Back to Black is the second and final studio album by English singer and songwriter Amy Winehouse. The album was released on October 27, 2006 by Island Records. It was recorded in 2005 and 2006. It was produced by Mark Ronson and Salaam Remi. There are 11 tracks in the album and the total length of the tracks is 34 minutes and 56 seconds. Additionally, there are bonus tracks on different country edidions. It includes the genres Soul, Rhythm and blues, R&B, Neo Soul and Pop.

Back to Black was a huge success and received positive reviews from music critics. Back to Black has sold more than 16 million copies worldwide and is one of the best-selling albums of all time. Back to Black debuted at number three on the UK Albums Chart with first-week sales of 43,021 copies. Also, Back to Black became the best-selling album of 2007 in the UK, selling 1.85 million copies. Additionally, it is the second best-selling album of the 21st century so far in the UK, having sold 3.93 million copies, and is also the 12th best-selling album of all time in the UK. Additionally, Back to Black has sold nearly 3 million copies in the US and was certified double Platinum by the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA) on March 12, 2008. Back to Black was nominated for numerous awards, including Album of the Year at the 2008 Grammy Awards, and won Best Pop Vocal Album. Additionally, a deluxe edition of Back to Black was released in November 2007, and this release included a bonus disc containing B-sides and live tracks. Amy Winehouse was truly an excellent singer and songwriter. I love Amy Winehouse's songwriting and emotional singing style. She passed away at the age of 27 and it was very sad that she left us at such a young age, but her works are still with us. Back to Black is a truly great album and, in my opinion, one of the best albums ever made. To evaluate the songs on the album overall, it is an album that explores themes of guilt, grief, infidelity, heartbreak and trauma in a relationship.

There are great songs in the album such as "Back To Black", "Rehab", "You Know I'm No Good", "Tears Dry On Their Own", "Love Is A Losing Game". Frankly, it is difficult to call just one of them my favorite because they are all really great.

Amy Winehouse sings really well, I especially love the way she sings emotional songs. There are really great songs on the album, but if I had to choose one, I think the best one in terms of Musical and Lyrics is "Love is a Losing Game".
