The bots are not disappeared. They just move from Modern format to Wild format. So the rewards from Wild format are reduced recently and that's what I'm experiencing at the moment :)

It's the 1st time I heard about F.R.I.D.A.Y bot. There are a lot of bots and I still don't have any intention to use any bot. Should I start to learn something about bot?

I'm quite certain you heard about it before, as I blogged about it. It is a Discord notification bot for Hive, Hive-Engine and Splinterlands. And since you don't use Discord you have not looked into it so far. So I'd say: One step at a time, if it sounds of being useful to you. It has no use without Discord. !invest_vote

Yes that's exactly right. In modern the reward pool without bots will be divided only among real players, and without bots the rewards won per battle will be greater in Modern than in Wild.
