Yep, and yep... plus the fact that they kicked me out because i'm on a VPN for many reasons especially the one thing called securtiy. But hey, the more and more "businesses" do kill your line when interested in some privacy, for i must be a bad bad abuser to use these... Hahaha

Ah man, that suck! And yes, I remember, how attempts at "limiting cheating" or whatever, rubbed me the wrong way too. Interesting, how Splinterlands never had a problem with letting others use your cards or your whole account, if that's what you want. But oh well, it's water under the bridge...

They ask for upfront $10 and give you ghost card that do not earn anything. that's why they do not have problem.
They get money for every account created.

Yes this is exactly the reason. It was very important to me that Rising Star be a free to play game so anyone in the work with an internet connection can play it.
That however brings up the challenge of stopping people abusing the system by multi account and we are constantly trying to improve this process but it's hard to detect multi accounts if you allow people to use a VPN.
