I'm still getting used to the new summoners. I don't like coming up against them, but I'm terrible at using them myself. I'm particularly bad with Fire splinter at level one since the beta starters got dropped, with any summoner. Any tips there?

to be honest i also rarely use fire splinter (especially Chaos Legion edition). I only use them when I'm in the NOXIOUS FUMES Ruleset (uses Living Lava as a Tanker and Scavo Chemist to remove poison, then put Forgotten One behind Living Lava)

Meanwhile, when I was in the LOST MAGIC Ruleset, I most likely used a water splinter with Kelya Frendul as the summoner.

I don't have Forgotten One. Just got Tusk the Wide in for the void, which is helping when I come up against the magic opponents. I'll bear that in mind for the noxious fumes ruleset. I've been struggling to remember which splinters have cleanse at level one. Water and Life are my usual go-to for that.

The only tip I can give is to save your battle (screenshot) when you lose against Fire Splinter. So you can find out what fire splinter they use, how they are placed, how much Mana and what Rulesets are in the battle.

This is the method used by fellow players when he plays games using a scholarship account.
