My Actifit Report Card: July 26 2025

Today was a busy day for being in the car for almost six hours! Granted, I dis do a good chunk of walking...

Went and judged a barbecue competition out of state today. When I got there I had some extra time so I took a mile in a half lap around the area followed by going up and down the stadium stairs while I waited. It was a decent workout.

When I got home did some stretching and housework including teaching my daughter how to make a cheese sauce from scratch.
