I purchased 8 legendary draws and got lucky with 2 legendary cards being pulled from reward chests too (only 1 of them wasn't a double though). I probably could tell you exactly what cards I got from all of them, but I'd have to look it up.
Yes, the current rewards are from Rebellion. They'll switch to Conclave Arcana in a few months.
