He spoke of glint which suggest these might be bots. I also don't know if it is possible to win say in champ with just a silver deck and keep on winning there.

Have already talked about the downfalls of this. It also doesn't encourage skill as as people will just cram the game tactics and just be sitting there with memorized line ups…
