Help the Earth and Help Splinterlands

Hey Splintermates, what is going on? Today I am preparing a special post I have started thinking on a couple of weeks ago.

As some of you might know, 2 months ago I have been father again of a lovely child (well, except when we are driving car, he gets angry and furious). My oldest one is 2 years and a half old, so live is very interesting and challenging. But, together with my wife, we are a really good team🙌.

The storage space we have at home is limited and we have been accumulating a lot of stuff (basically clothes and shoes). In Spain, there isn´t the culture of recycling and reusing the clothes. In other countries where I have lived for multiple years, like Germany, there were lots of second hand shops and people were familiarised with.

Some months ago, I found two apps called WALLAPOP and VINTED, where people are selling their used clothes for reasonable prices, so I got an excellent idea:

Estebam, as you need more storaging space and you have so many old clothes, why don´t you sell these so other people can reuse them and invest that money in Splinterlands? Isn´t that an amazing idea? You have some clothes that are new and have been stored in the closet, that other people are willing to pay.

Okay, Estebam! Ideas are great, but what have you done so far? Have you been really able to sell clothes to others and give them another use? Are you really helping the Earth and also Splinterlands?

The answer is YES! A big YES! Let me show you first what I have been able to sell. As I don´t want to make any SPAM, I am going to hide my username.

In January alone, I have been able to sell 60,5€ in one platform.

In the other platform, I have been able to sell clothes & others up to 43,75€.

My goal isn´t to get rich with these sales, but just to provide a second use to these items, help the environment to reduce the mass production of everything and also, to support my favourite game SPLINTERLANDS.

SHOW ME THE MONEY, SHOW ME INVESTMENTS🤑

Yes, my Splintermates. I have reinvested most of that money into the game. As you already know, I consider Splinterlands as the 3Fs: FINANCES, FUN and FRIENDS. And this specific activity belongs to the first F.

I have done 2 investments with that money so far:

• Buy SPS - 50€ of SPS got me in total nearly 6.7 kSPS

• Buy Credits - 30€

Thanks to these Credits and also to @peak-monsters I have won a bid for one of my favourite cards in the game:

I also got a nice GF CHUUL JUJINCHI with these credits, an excellent summoner for my Guild Brawls.

As you have been able to check, I am trying to help both, the EARTH and SPLINTERLANDS by just selling a lot of things I have at home and I am not really using. There are a lot of potential users happy to take your stuff for a reasonable money. And as I am a hardcore Splinterlands player, I am using that money to reinvest in the game.
