Good afternoon Rising Star community.
Today I ask another question: Should I buy fans in the secondary market or open packs?.
Opening packs is exciting. We live the illusion of drawing a legendary card or some epic that is worth it.
But reality indicates that the percentage probability of obtaining epic or legendary is not very high.
So, we open packs and settle for gaining a good number of fans. This also doesn't happen often.
I think that if the game account is small it is better to buy fans in the market. If the account is large, you can choose to open packs and if it is in large quantities, better. A very bad pack is compensated with another good one. The more packs open, I think it's more likely that we won't lose much.
I opened 12 packs today and I didn't get epic or legendary. The number of fans was not good. I didn't lose much. I got several instrument rares and that killed the value of what I got from the packs.
The epic has been denied to me. Not to mention that I haven't released a worthwhile legendary for a while.
I'm not going to give up and I'll keep trying. I show you the video of the opening of the 12 packs that I uploaded to YouTube.

Hoy planteo otra pregunta: ¿Conviene comprar fans en el mercado secundario o abrir packs?.
Abrir packs es emocionante. Vivimos la ilusión de sacar una tarjeta legendaria o alguna épica que valga la pena.
Pero la realidad indica que no es muy alto el porcentaje de probabilidad de obtener épica o legendaria.
Entonces, abrimos packs y nos conformamos con ganar un buen número de fans. Esto tampoco ocurre frecuentemente.
Opino que si la cuenta del juego es pequeña conviene comprar fans en el mercado. Si la cuenta es grande se puede optar por abrir packs y si es en gran cantidad mejor. Una pack muy malo se compensa con otro bueno. A mayor cantidad de packs abiertos creo que es más probable que no salgamos perdiendo mucho.
Abri 12 packs hoy y no saque ni épica ni legendaria. El número de fans no fue bueno. No perdí mucho. Saque varias raras de instrumentos y eso me mató el valor de lo obtenido de los packs.
Se me viene negando la épica. Ni hablar de que hace rato no saco una legendaria que valga la pena.

In case of wanting to climb the leaderboard it will make more sense to buy unique cards I guess... : )

I think if you generate more than 100,000 starbits a day, a bad opening doesn't hurt. The problem is when the account produces very little per day, then the loss can hurt a lot.

I don't think there is a wrong choice because both of them improve your collection. It just depends on whether or not you want to gamble on luck for cards. !LUV

! help(no space) to get help on Hive. InfoIf the account produces 10k per day of starbits it takes you 10 days to collect the 100k. If the opening is very bad you can easily lose the production of 4 days and it will hurt a lot.
When the account is bigger and produces 100k per day, a bad opening won't hurt.
I understand that it is possible to get a legendary in packs but the probability is very low.
2 years ago when I started in the game, whoever took out a legendary won a card of 200 to 600 hives, depending on the character. 600 hives was the value of a John. For a 1 Newenx mint 1, Clove I think I pay 1200 hive. It was another market with much higher values. Today a legendary character can quote from 15 to 20 hive.
The legendary cards are very rare. I think I have opened up over 1,000 packs and I think I have gotten 2 legendary cards. It's quite rare and I just think it's very rare to really get those legendary cards.
Jesmel who has a card in rising, took out a john the first time he opened a pack, 1 solo of 10k. Then I get a few more.
I took 1 person, 1 vehicle and created just 4 legendary instruments. It's pure luck, but eventually some legendary is obtained.
