My Actifit Report Card: November 28 2025
I'm pleased to welcome all health and fitness enthusiasts.I'm happy to share with you again about my physical activity today.Today I slept well and felt great.In the first half of the day, I worked at my computer and took a walk during which I visited a sports playground.

There I did tricep exercises—specifically, three sets of dips on the parallel bars.In the evening, I visited a gym with exercise machines and focused on working my leg muscles.I did four sets of squats with heavy weights on the machines. In each set, I performed 12 to 15 repetitions.During rest periods between sets, I did stretching exercises, as these exercises promote better muscle recovery.

After the leg workout, I did static stretching.I also did two sets of dumbbell bench presses on an incline bench.After training, I went home feeling satisfied, had a meal, and continued working at my computer.Wishing good health to all kind people, I'm concluding this post.
