Honesty, Understanding, and the Power of Truth: Lessons Learned on the Road caelum1infernum Actifit Report Card: September 25 2023

So I wrote something yesterday it's one of my experiences and what I think about certain topic but the more I read it the more I'm sure it's extremely sensitive.

Before I wanted to press the post on the actifit app I remembered what Neil Degrasse Tyson said on one of this video, he said that a long time ago when he posted about the truth on certain topic when people disagreed with him they had a respectable debate among the people who commented on his post but in today's world we get cancelled or hated by it even if it's the truth.

So he said that he would try to be as truthful as possible without angering his readers these days because he said something that his father used to say. I forgot the exact words but from my own understanding his father said make sure when you're truthful make sure it benefits others as well if you make people angry what did you achieve? Absolutely nothing.

I think it's good to do this and I agree with his father 100% even my own father used to say this when I was young 🌱 but I was too young to understand his meaning because my father knows when I speak I speak 🗣️ 100% truth without filtering it that's why I lose a lot of friends and family because I did not filter it.

It's hard for me to change the way I speak because that is how I was brought up my father is 100% truthful to me but I couldn't handle the truth as a young man ♂️ so we ended up having a huge argument as a result of that truth he told me.
I guess he understood that telling me the truth doesn't benefit him or me but just separated us further luckily I understood what he meant if I didn't understand him and chose to ignore him for the rest of my life 🧬 that means I failed as a man 👞 because he is a father that wants me to know the painful truth but I was too weak to understand the truth.

I'm glad I got it now and I did apologize to him before I left the country I do hope he accepted my apology because I was extremely rude to him. Well let's hope everything goes well from now on and live as much honesty as possible and avoid creating enemies as we go life 🧬 is about building not destruction.

In life even if you are telling the truth and saying how it is 💯, there should definitely be some filter.
I recently learnt something too in church.
It says "what do you gain in making someone angry while trying to correct the person or lead the person right".
Life should be on building not destroying, because we only life once.
And there is no perfect being, when you don't filter, you may be a threat to everyone.
And when you need advice or help, nobody will feel worthy of offering help because you are known to know all.
I hope your dad accepted the apology, the young mind is fragile to understand.

I use to be too blunt and truthful to a fault that I will rather say nothing than mince words. Glad that has changed as I have learnt to be more considerate of other peoples feelings.
Words are powerful. With such powers comes great responsibility.
Now before I give a negative comment that might be found offensive, I make sure to rain compliments and encouragements first.
I guess we are similar to how we speak to people these days. sometimes I wonder are people too sensitive until there is no point of return? Well hopefully we fix this issue in the future it's hard to speak when we can't be truthful.

There is a way to express truth gently, and with tact. I ask you always to be truthful with me brother, because whether I like what you say or not, I want what is truly real.
Anger has a purpose, like all emotions, and is important to express it when we feel it, but in a way that is not attacking someone else. Anger used properly can help us mobilize huge amounts of energy within a very short period of time to make necessary changes. It's not bad at all, it's just how it's express.
It's beautiful that you apologized to your father. He loves you, and wants the best for you, as I'm sure you now see clearly.
Although I am very open, honest, authentic, genuine, and real in how I communicate, there is much that I don't say. If expressing something would not actually be beneficial or helpful in the moment, I often don't express it. 😁 🙏 💚 ✨ 🤙

I was thinking about few disagreement we had then I realized something you're in an environment where there is freedom no one is competing against each other where everyone share the knowledge, food etc.
As my environment where there is always a motive behind a good deed I'm sure if I was in your environment I would change and maybe you will change if we switch places anyway it's just a theory.

Great thoughts about "saying the truth". But I keep wondering: "can you really filter truth so as to make it pleasing or acceptable to the people"? My thoughts though ...
That's why I believe we are over protected from negativity until we do not know how to shield ourselves or take a hit like the old days.
