WOO - The Samoan Wrestlers in WWE

Greetings to everyone and welcome to Wrestling Organization Online, WOO.

It's time to talk about the biggest, most popular and most successful family in the wrestling industry, The Samoan Family.

Although this name I'm about to mention may not be part of the Samoan family, he talks a lot about families and that's Cody Rhodes.

Cody Rhodes has at the beginning of his entrance music the lyrics "Wrestling Has More Than One Royal Family"

This was to make the point that the Rhodes family should be added as a wrestling family just like Roman Reigns' Samoan family.

The Samoans are really deep when it comes to family tree but are also equally deep when it comes to wrestling background.

Nowadays wrestling and Samoan are two words that could almost be used as a synonym. The Samoans really love to fight and that is one thing that has made them so great.

It's no surprise that Roman Reigns is the top dog of the WWE industry at the moment. Years back The Rock who is also part of the family was the top dog and Reigns has worked his way to maintain the legacy.

Infact Reigns has done more than maintain the family legacy, he has elevated the family, their bloodline, their culture and those in the wrestling industry.

It is much easier for a Samoan to make it in wrestling than a non Samoan.

Reigns once spoke about how he was literally given a lot of opportunities that guys like Seth Rollins and Dean Ambrose never had.

Although Reigns worked his way to earn his place, we just gotta admit that his Samoan family and connection had a huge roll to play in the success.

The Usos, Jimmy and Jey have been wrestling with Roman Reigns since they were just little boys. They used to wrestle in the house and in the pool when they're dads Rikishi and Sika were out wrestling.

Wrestling is in their blood and it's no wonder they're so great.

Solo Sikoa the younger brother of the twins, Jimmy and Jey made his debut about two years ago and he has dominated ever since as the powerhouse and right hand man to The Tribal Chief Roman Reigns.

At the later part of last year, Roman Reigns announced that Solo Sikoa would be taking his place as the next Tribal Chief when he's gone.

There are rumors of a new Samoan Wrestler that could make his debut in WWE this year and that's son of the late Umaga - Zilla Fatu.

Most of the Samoans in WWE have had illustrious wrestling careers including The Rock, Afa and Sika The Wild Samoans, Umaga and Yokozuna to name a few.
