DIY: Pink and turquoise beach top inspired by Djinn Renova (Eng - Esp)
Greetings creative friends and the @diyhub community, I hope you have a wonderful day with your loved ones. I'm happy to share a new cultural project inspired by the Splinterlands characters. It's a beautiful top that combines the colors pink and turquoise, inspired by Djinn Renova's outfit. I used micro-peach ribbed fabric to make it. Both fabrics are soft and cool, perfect for hot climates. The top has a V-shape in the front and an Olympic cut in the back, providing comfort while exercising or everyday wear. It can also be worn to the beach by replacing the fabrics with Lycra or Spandex. The technique I used was hidden stitching, which is one of my favorites because it allows for a better finish and eliminates the need for elastic in the armholes and neck.
At the bottom, there is a three (3) centimeter wide elastic agegué, which can be changed according to each person's taste, for a ribbon made of the fabric that comes with the top. The elastic is soft and provides greater support to the bust.
Saludos amigos creativos y comunidad @diyhub, deseo que tengan un excelente día en unión de sus seres queridos, me siento feliz de compartir un nuevo proyecto de cultura inspirado en los personajes de Splintrlands, el cual se trata de un hermoso top que combina los colores rosa y turquesa tomando como referencia el atuendo de Djinn Renova, para su elaboración utilicé tela rib microdurazno, ambas telas son suaves y frescas, perfectas para los climas calurosos, el top tiene forma de V en la parte delantera y el posterior es un corte olímpico, que brinda comodidad al momento de hacer ejercicios o usar a diario, también puede usarse para ir a la playa, sustituyendo las telas por licra o span licra, la técnica que usé fue el embonado o costura oculta, esta es una de mis favoritas pues permite un mejor acabado y no se usa elástico en en la sisa y cuello.
En el bajo agegué elástico de tres (3) centímetros de ancho, de acuerdo al gusto de cada persona puede cambiarse por una cinta de la tela que lleva el top, el elástico es suave y brinda mayor soporte al busto.

Elaboration
The first step was to mark and cut the top pieces: cups and back. Using the lacing technique, four cups and two back pieces were cut.

El primer paso fue marcar y cortar las piezas del top; copas y trasero, al usar la técnica de embonado se cortan cuatro copas y dos posteriores.
Once the pieces were cut, the next step was to close the opening of the cups and join the front hem. This hem is turquoise, which contrasts very well with the pink color of the cups. I faced the fabrics right sides together, pinned them in place, just like the hems, and sewed with a straight stitch on the wrong side.
Cortadas las piezas, el siguiente paso fue cerrar la abertura de las copas y unir el tiro delantero, este tiro es turquesa, lo que contrasta muy bien con el color rosa de las copas, enfrenté las telas por el derecho, las sujeté con alfileres, igual que los tiros y cosí con puntada recta por el revés.
Once the opening of the cups was closed and the top band was glued, I joined the cups in the center with the right sides facing, just as in the previous step, I sewed with a straight stitch.
Cerrada la abertura de las copas y pegado el tiro superior, uní las copas en el centro enfrentando los derechos, al igual que en el paso anterior cosí con puntada recta.
The fourth step was to assemble the back and front pieces. Since they are double-stitched, I placed them right sides together, pinned them in place, and sewed, leaving the shoulders and sides open. The shoulder opening will be used to join the front and back hems.
El cuarto paso fue ensamblar las piezas trasera y delantera, como van doble las enfrenté por el derecho, sujeté con alfileres y cosí dejando abierto los hombros y costados, la abertura de los hombros servirá para unir los tiros delantero y posterior.
Once both parts were assembled, I joined the front piece and the back strips at the shoulders, right sides facing, and I double-stitched and straight-stitched the strips to reinforce them.
Ensambladas ambas partes, uní por los hombros la pieza delantera y tiras del posterior, enfrentando los derechos, pasé costura doble y puntada recta para reforzar las tiras.
Then I closed the sides, matching the previous seams of the armhole and bottom, facing the right sides, I fixed with pins, joined with a straight stitch and turned at the bottom.
Luego cerré los laterales, haciendo coincidir las costuras anteriores de la sisa y bajo, enfrentando los derechos, fijé con alfileres, uní con puntada recta y volteé por la parte inferior.
To determine the amount of elastic to use, I measured the hem circumference and subtracted 10 centimeters (85 - 10 = 75 cm). I cut the elastic and joined the ends facing right sides together. I sewed and re-stitched it several times to reinforce it.
Para saber la cantidad deelástico a usar medí el contorno del bajo y resté 10 centímetros (85 - 10 = 75 cm), corté el elástico y uní los extremos enfrentando por el derecho, cosí y repisé varias veces para reforzar.
The last step was to glue the elastic, I divided it into four parts and placed it facing the wrong side of the fabric, taking care that when turning, the letters do not remain flipped, this has happened to me several times hehe, I sewed with a straight point stretching two (2) by five (5) centimeters, then I turned the elastic right side out and sewed with a zigzag stitch, with these simple steps the top is finished.
El último paso fue pegar el elástico, lo dividí en cuatro partes y lo coloqué enfrentado con el revés de la tela, cuidando que al girar, las letras no queden volteadas, esto me ha pasado varias veces je, je, cosí con puntada recta, estirando dos (2) por cinco (5) centímetros, luego volteé el elástico por el derecho y cosí con puntada de zigzag, con estos sencillos pasos está terminado el top.
The combination of pink and turquoise colors looks very good, it is one of my favorites, I liked the cut of the cup because it is very different from those I have made in recent months, I hope the tutorial is useful and you are encouraged to make your own projects, if you decide not to use the lacing technique, you only cut two cups and the back, you join the front and back at the shoulders, you close the sides and then place it through the armholes, neck and shoulders, at the bottom you place an elastic according to each person's taste.
La combinación de los colores rosa y turquesa se ve muy bien, es una de mis favoritas, el corte de la copa me gustó porque es muy diferente a los que he hecho en los últimos meses, espero que el tutorial le sea de utilidad y seanimen a elaborar sus proyectos, si deciden no usar la técnica de embonado, solo se corta dos copas y el posterior, se une el delantero y posterior por los hombros, se cierran los costados y se coloca sego por la sisas, cuello y hombros, en el bajo se coloca un elástico de acuerdo al gusto de cada persona.
