SPS held its value around and above $0.10 USD for a relatively long time. Recently it went below nine cents ($0.09 USD). Currently it is $0.087 USD. When it fell from $0.90 USD, I was worried and hoped for a long time that it will go up. But no. The SPS is going lower and lower. Now I am not worried and I do not hope either that it will go up. At least not in the near future. Maybe after the end of the SPS airdrop.
Nowadays I am simply watching it without any feelings, and I wonder how low it will go?
Five cents ($0.05 USD)? Two cents ($0.02 USD)? One cent ($0.01 USD)? Even below that?
Currently we are on the 287th day of the SPS airdrop. The SPS airdrop lasts for 365 days, so there are 78 days left from the SPS airdrop. Probably it can easily go down to one cent ($0.01 USD). At least this is what I think.
I am still staking all of my SPS. If it will go up again, then it is good. The chance for this is certainly higher than winning the lottery.

I've never really focused on Splinterlands earnings. I should have but I don't have much. I have nice cards but that's it. 1500 SPS from Airdrop and 40,000 DEC. I never knew what to do with them so they just sit there. I doubt I will buy more at low prices because if things get bad, I will focus on accumulation of hive.

I think I'd have more if I really knew how all this stuff works. I learn over time I suppose. Ive left a lot of opportunity on the table because it just doesn't click with me sometimes. I'm coming up on my 5th Hive anniversary lol. I should have way more!

SPS is taking a dive as the entire crypto, market is doing, and I do believe you are right that when the airdrop comes to an end the price should go up!!

Approximately two and a half months later the SPS airdrop ends, and probably the SPS will become valuable (or forgotten) over time. We will see.

Hopefully we get to see SPS pick up some steam, I do think that will happen though with the airdrop coming to an end and pSPS pool on Polygon things might end up looking better

You could always sell the VOUCHERS you get so focusing on SPS price isn't the best thing to do. There are still a few months until the airdrop ends and I expect prices to continue downwards until then.

Probably. Maybe a few years later. Or maybe a decade (or decades) later. There will be new and probably better games.
Hope it is, im tired to look at crapy criptogames, most of the cripto games look horrible or feels badly made :S Splinter is not the only one, but damm is a example of it :(
