Doubled The Reward for @risingstargame New Year Giveaway!

I wanted to do something to promote a DAPP I love and enjoy while giving back some rewards to my readers. The rules were as following: to be eligible, participants must share an in game screenshot of @risingstargame

  1. Only valid for 24 hours since the publication
  2. Comments on HIVE, BLURT, STEEM accepted
  3. Everybody who comment gets 1000 STARBITS

The goal was to spread rewards among a large number of players. The participation was lower than I expected. There were only 6 comments are only 4 eligible participants.

All these winners were awarded 2X the promised reward which should be in their HIVE-Engine wallets now.

The game is built on HIVE and it is mostly a game of managing timers and managing stats mixed with DeFi and music NFTs (which have a great potential in the future. I myself have bought from @stickupboys

There is a DHF Proposal to gain more funding for the game which will lead to faster developments to the game (which has been growing through two bear markets now) and it can end up making HIVE more attractive by creating utility for the blockchain and demand for RC. Onboarding new users through gaming is one of the best ways to bring masses to the blockchain.

The participation was lower than I expected.

I noticed in the recent past that much less people are posting and commenting than usual. Probably because of the bear market. Nowadays it often feels as if it would be 2017 again.

I don't expect to see prices at all time lows again. HIVE has performed far better than most traditional investments considering we used to be at 11 cents.
