Hello Guys, hope you are having a good day. A decade ago when I was exposed to the internet world, I had this passion of becoming rich earning money. And for that reason, I wanted to take shortcuts.

You might now how a young blood with some much energy and enthusiasm sometimes get distracted in pursuit of finding shortcut to success. Invested some of my father's money in my student life in different places but that didn't work. And probably rightly so, I invested in schemes which were a get rich quick schemes by nature. And all of them turned scams losing my investments.

Now that I am now a little bit more experienced with some maturity, I realized, success takes time. There are no shortcut to success.

Hive is About Patience

Do you sometimes feel down and frustrated looking at things not working for you or not receiving rewards for your posts it deserves? I bet many of you would. Same as I do feel sometime. But I don't let myself get into that frustration by quitting.

I try to post consistently. And consistency is what matters when you believe in a project that is characterized to be a long term project.

If you think you could get rich quick joining hive, then I am sorry, you are at the wrong place.

Hive is about patience. Being a hive user you have to have patience while staying active throughout the community, engaging and participating.

Taking our hive usernames as our brand names is what we should be focusing on.

We each have a name, a face, a style, a way of communicating, and with these traits, we make different impressions on different people.

Thinking of Hive as a short term is not going to help. Short term thinking simply means considering only what is in front of you. Instead of considering the possible impacts of a course of action over the long term.

If you have joined Hive, I suggest to set goals for yourself, plan for it and work hard for it in achieving it. Of course this will take time from you. It's better not to think short term.

A journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step.
