#103 Splinterlands Art Contest - Captain-Fellblade & Khazi-Conjurer taking a bath in the (ENG/ DE)

Hello dear Alien Art Crew, Hive Community and Splinterlands Fans,

Well, dear ones, today a different post than drawing training and Splinterland's Art Contest entry. I chose the two characters Captain-Fellblade & Khazi-Conjurer and depicted them as a kind of couple in love. But first and foremost I wanted to practise drawing other positions. It gets interesting when there are two or more people or characters. I always find the element of water challenging, which is why I try my hand at it from time to time.

I don't want my fanart to represent ordinary nudity, so you can't see anything. Rather, it should represent the intimacy between two fighters and, a little like Romeo and Juliet, perhaps even the bond and affection despite rivalries and stress.

What do you think of my idea and realization this week, does it fit so far?

Hallo liebe Alien Crew, Hive Gemeinde und Splinterlands Fans,

Na ihr Lieben, heute mal eine andere Position als Zeichentraining und Splinterlands Art Contest Beitrag. Ich wählte die beiden Charaktere Captain-Fellblade & Khazi-Conjurer und habe diese als eine Art verliebtes Pärchen dargestellt. Doch in erster Linie ging es mir darum, mich darin zu üben, die man andere Positionen zeichnen kann. Grad bei zwei oder mehr Personen oder Charakteren wird es interessant. Das Element Wasser finde ich immer herausfordernd, weshalb ich mich von Zeit zu Zeit darin versuche.

Meine Fanart soll keine ordinäre Nacktheit repräsentieren, weshalb man nichts sehen kann. Es soll vielmehr die Intimität zwischen zwei Kämpfern darstellen und ein wenig wie bei Romeo und Julia eventuell sogar die Verbundenheit und Zuneigung trotz Rivalitäten und Stress.

Was haltet ihr von meiner dieswöchigen Idee und Umsetzung, passt es soweit?

I started with an ugly, ordinary sketch. Because of experimental position drawing I kept it as simple as possible at the beginning.

Okay, first character is okay. Let's try the second one.

Yup, not tooo nude or sexual. Hopefully the shy gaze of him is clearly visible. Not toooo touchy but showing emotions or intimacy.

Time to color everything by hand on only one layer, and yes, I made mistakes which I couldn't simple delete so I had to rework it.

Water was experimental. Tried a bit out.

To translate some of my german native words I used deepl.com. After I edited and corrected some parts because deepl.com couldn't translate all slang words perfectly. Just wanted to make this clear too.
