Fanart of Nectar Queen

Hello hi everyone how are you greetings to all of you and welcome to my another blog. I hope you guys all are well and making great artwork in the community in different characters. I am also here with my new entry for the weekly contest in @splinterlands. As usual my participation is very interesting and new which name is Nectar Queen. It's also looking like a honey 🐝 bee and the my most favourite character. It's also a queen of all kinds bee 😺. I feel very happy at every Monday because I draw different character for my participation in the contest 🙂. So First I will show you my inspiration and original artwork here you can see.

Now I will tell you about this character that I have read. The nectar queen is a earth splinter monster in the card game splintrrlands. It's also known for his 9 mana cost flying abilities poison and retaliate. This strategy game card is very powerful and versatile unit. It's often used to inflict damage over time with it's poison ability and to counter melee attack with its flying ability. Nectar queen does well against melee monsters . Nectar queen flying ability receives a boost from spirits. Nectar queen benefits for the forest spirits and protect them. It doesn't get damage against the earthquake because of its flying ability. I think it's enough to learn about this dangerous and poison character. Now I will share my making process of nectar queen artwork with all of you so let's start.

Process&My sketchbook has finished now I took white sketch paper and led pencil then started to draw the character sketch. I started from the face area of nectar queen. I draw head and under side of face. I also draw two antenna of queen on the head.

After this I draw dangerous legs of its body that helps it also in different ways. I draw legs under side the neck at the both sides.

Later on I draw complete body of nectar queen then draw zigzag design inside it. At the last side of body I draw a small size tail.

Now at the last I draw the main part of character that are wings at the both sides. Wings help the character in flying. My sketch is ready. I draw it again with black pointer and removed the led marks for neatness.

Now I started to add colours in the sketch for looking beautiful. I filled first head and face area in yellow and orange shade which is very gorgeous 🤩. Under side of face I also used double shade for colouring. I filled antenna in green and black colour.

After this I added again yellow colour in the body of queen. In the lines of zigzag I filled brown colour.

Legs were in green colour that are also looking very nice 🙂. Then at the last I added pencil colours purple and sky shade.
