In today's Alive Chat we do the weekly prize drawing for the ALIVE Burning Contest, with prizes of ALIVEM that we stake to the 4 winners accounts, and you promote your posts in our tribe interface to burn ALIVE tokens and take part in next weeks contest, Happy Burning and enjoy your Tuesday!

This is Alive Chat for today, come and hang out with the We Are Alive Tribe, get support and ask any question, and share news and ideas, plus we have a task to engage with each day of the week, see schedule below, and make sure to complete the daily task to be included in our daily contest.

@alive.chat is hosting the ALIVE Burning Contest on Tuesdays, you earn 1 ticket for the contest for each ALIVE burned when promoting your posts in our tribe interface on, https://www.wearealiveand.social/promoted

@aliveprojects is upvoting the promoted posts with 15% for each token burned, plus @alive.chat is following that curation trail.

Both @aliveprojects and @iamalivechalleng is also following the curation trail of @alive.chat, including comments.

We are now also promoting posts published to our We Are Alive Tribe Community through Ecency with 1 ALIVE each, our Hive Community has been registered in Ecency which earns us Ecency Points that we will use to pay for the prizes in our daily drawing, Announcement - Get Your Post Promoted When Posting To The We Are Alive Tribe Community Using Ecency.

And we have just updated how we curate promoted posts, Update - Adjusting Curation For Posts Promoted By Burning ALIVE Tokens.

Today's Topic: ALIVE Burning Contest - Weekly Prize Drawing

So to take part in the ALIVE Burning Contest you need to earn tickets for the weekly prize drawing, and you earn 1 ticket per ALIVE burned when promoting your posts (your own posts) in our tribe interface on, https://wearealiveand.social/

To promote your post in our tribe interface click the promote button at the end of the post.

Then select how much ALIVE you want to burn, 1 ALIVE or more, there is no upper limit, but only whole numbers count.

We will go through all ALIVE tokens burned, which is sent to @null with a special promotion memo, to give contest tickets to the newly promoted posts each day, for the weekly prize drawing.

@aliveprojects upvotes posts with 15% per ALIVE token burned, so 90% if 6 ALIVE is burned and 100% if 7 ALIVE is burned, plus @alive.chat is following that curation trail at a lower percentage, and is in turn followed by @iamalivechalleng as well.

A total of 528 ALIVE tokens was burned to promote them (not counting any decimals) and there was 137 number of posts promoted (not counting tribe account posts), and here is the calculation for how much ALIVEM we stake to each winner, the more ALIVE is burned and the higher the Highest Bid of ALIVE is the bigger the prize becomes.

Alive Tipping Bot

Minimum ALIVE Power to use our tipping bot is 1000 AP which allows you to send 10 tips per day, and we have 4 levels.

  • Level 1: 1k AP = 10 tips per day
  • Level 2: 5k AP = 20 tips per day
  • Level 3: 20k AP = 30 tips per day
  • Level 4: 100k AP = 40 tips per day

Use command !ALIVE in a comment to send a tip, and do make sure to add a space just before and after to make sure it works correctly.

We Are Alive Tribe

The We Are Alive Tribe is located on wearealiveand.social and the ALIVE token on Hive-engine is our native rewards token, it uses a linear rewards curve and splits the rewards 50/50 between authors/curators.

Plus we also have a miner token called ALIVEM which pay's out ALIVE tokens to 20 winners every hour, and 20% of the rewards pool goes to miners.

The total ALIVE rewards pool is also decreasing with 5% per year from the previous year.

Any of our tags is sufficient, then just use our tribe interface to promote your post and it will burn ALIVE tokens, just make sure to only burn whole numbers though.
