Last week I arrived late, in sending my participation to this Great Splinterlands Contest Social Media Challenge, I was convinced that I still had time, instead nothing, out of time, patience, for this week I'm starting well ahead of schedule, today, Thursday 22 May, I should be able to finish this post of mine, even if I will have to interrupt it, for real life needs, at least a couple of times, but let's get to the point, what I intend to talk to you about today, SPS token...

It's always a hot topic, always current, this Splinterlands governance token, in recent times there has been a nice movement of ups and downs that has affected this token, for a decent period it was positioned at a price of about 6-7 thousandths of a dollar per unit, then a surge, up to 14-15 thousandths, today, fresh price, it is at this level here...

I put it in big, this value, because it represents, in my humble opinion, a very pleasant surprise, as I was more than certain it would return to the values ​​of some time ago, which were almost historic lows, instead it is holding up around a cent per unit, a valuation that I can define as interesting, I am very happy with this fact, it gives a little more gas to my battles, as I recently switched to Wild combat mode, and this change has led to a drastic reduction in my rewards, in terms of receiving SPS tokens per victory, I struggle to receive 1 SPS per success, but that's no problem, the important thing is to be able to compete for something, the only fairly negative consequence that this reduction in earnings will generate is a significant reduction in my growth in terms of SPS staking, as evidenced by the amount I currently hold...

Almost 30.1K of SPS staked, now I am close to the close of this 5th month of the year 2025, the growth targets up to 40K, reduced for some time to 38K (they were 26K at the beginning of this year), now seem light years away, I am convinced that another 100, maybe 150 SPS from now to the end of this month I should put aside, making me go up to 30.25K, it would be an average growth rate of 850 SPS per month, in annual projection over 36K by December 31, 2025, but I must also admit, honestly speaking, that in the last 2 months my monthly push has reduced considerably, the monthly average of 850 SPS is unfortunately not, in light of logical considerations, sustainable at this precise moment, perhaps the best thing, rather than making assumptions in the medium term, is to draw up a report of how much I have certainly achieved, assumptions can be denied quite easily, in a period that for me is always unstable, but certainly there will be no lack of desire to continue fighting here on Splinterlands, because I have always considered this game much more than what the word game can define it, it is truly a form of real investment, you manage your own Deck of Cards, trying to be competitive in relation to the expenditure actually incurred, making flights of fancy is not really the case, given the times we live in...

La settimana scorsa sono arrivato lungo, nell'inviare la mia partecipazione a questo Grande Contest di Splinterlands Social Media Challenge, ero convinto di essere ancora in tempo, invece nulla, fuori tempo massimo, pazienza, per questa settimana parto in netto anticipo, oggi, giovedì 22 maggio, dovrei riuscire a ultimare questo mio post, anche se dovrò interromperlo, per esigenze della vita reale, almeno un paio di volte, ma veniamo al dunque, di cosa ho intenzione di parlarvi oggi, token SPS...

E' un argomento sempre caldo, sempre di attualità, questo governance token di Splinterlands, negli ultimi tempi c'è stato un bel movimento di alti e bassi che ha investito questo token, per un discreto periodo si è posizionato su una quotazione di circa 6-7 millesimi di dollaro per unità, poi un'impennata, fino a 14-15 millesimi, oggi, quotazione fresca, si trova a questo livello qui...

Lo metto bene in grande, questo valore, perché rappresenta, a mio modesto avviso, una graditissima sorpresa, in quanto ero più che certo ritornasse ai valori di qualche tempo fa, che erano quasi i minimi storici, invece sta resistendo intorno al centesimo per unità, una valorizzazione che posso definire come interessante, sono molto contento di questo fatto, dà un po' più di gas alle mie battaglie, in quanto sono passato da poco in modalità di combattimento Wild, e questo cambiamento ha comportato un drastico ridimensionamento delle mie rewards, in termini di ricezione di token SPS per vittoria, faccio fatica a ricevere 1 SPS per successo, ma non c'è problema, l'importante è poter competere per qualcosa, l'unica conseguenza abbastanza negativa che questo abbattimento dei guadagni va a generare è una consistente riduzione della mia crescita a livello di staking di SPS, come testimoniato dal quantitativo che detengo attualmente...

Quasi 30,1K di SPS in stake, ormai sono vicino alla chiusura di questo 5° mese dell'anno 2025, gli obiettivi di crescita fino a 40K, ridotto da qualche tempo a 38K (erano 26K all'inizio di quest'anno), sembrano ormai lontani anni luce, sono convinto che altri 100, forse 150 SPS da qui alla fine di questo mese li dovrei accantonare, facendomi salire fino a 30,25K, sarebbe un ritmo di crescita medio di 850 SPS al mese, in proiezione annua oltre 36K al 31 dicembre 2025, ma devo anche ammettere, onestamente parlando, che proprio negli ultimi 2 mesi la mia spinta mensile si è ridotta notevolmente, la media mensile di 850 SPS non è purtroppo, alla luce di considerazioni di ordine logico, sostenibile in questo preciso momento, forse la cosa migliore, più che fare ipotesi nel medio periodo, è quella di stendere un resoconto di quanto ho ottenuto di certo, supposizioni possono essere smentite abbastanza facilmente, in un periodo che per me è sempre ballerino, ma di certo non mancherà la voglia di continuare a combattere qua su Splinterlands, perché ritengo da sempre questo gioco molto di più di quello che la parola gioco possa definirlo, è veramente una forma di investimento vero e proprio, si gestisce il proprio Deck di Carte, cercando di essere competitivi in rapporto alla spesa effettivamente sostenuta, fare voli pindarici non è proprio il caso, visti i tempi che corrono...

Considerazioni finali

Non posso fare altro che confermare la mia più completa e piena partecipazione a questa meravigliosa piattaforma di gioco che risponde al nome di Splinterlands, perché amo da sempre, per diversi motivi, competere qua sopra, c'è poco da fare, se una cosa mi piace, mi piace sul serio, per cui se anche tu vuoi entrare a fare parte di questo interessante e peculiare universo di gioco e non sei ancora un giocatore regolarmente iscritto, puoi registrarti utilizzando, se vorrai, il mio link di affiliazione...
