My Game Activity and Progress on dCrops + Focus on CROP Market Value (March 26 - April 10)
I like to play Hive-based games and at the same time I like to create content about the games in which I am an active player and today I return to share my gaming activity and progress on dCrops.
dCrops is a Hive-based farming game that I started playing during the month of May 2021 a few days after its birth.
The fourth anniversary of dCrops is very close and consequently the next event organized by dCrops is probably also very close.
Today I went to the dCrops discord channel to see if there was any news or announcement about the next event.
There is no official announcement yet but there is a confirmation from the creator of the game who to a question about the next event answered “It's a surprise.”
On dCrops my game strategy has always been very much influenced by events and in fact the reason why I keep most of my crops season after season is precisely the fact that I prefer to sell my crops during events because I can accumulate a lot of event points with the primary goal of buying from the event shop packs of dCrops cards.
In my inventory there are crops of various rarity worth 38699 point shares that I will sell on the first day of the next event.
I try to publish a post about dCrops at least once every 15 days because there are seasons on dCrops that last just 15 days and also because the beginning of each season is when most of my gaming activity is concentrated.
At the time of writing this post, spring is underway.
Spring started just under a day ago and will end in 14 days and 1 hour.
Every season of dCrops begins for me with the Claim of the rewards of seasonal quests.
Since the seasonal quests have been activated I have only missed two claims and the last claim missed for me was just during the previous season because I forgot to do a harvest before the end of the season and forgot to sell 3 carrots.
As a famous saying goes, "to err is human, to persevere is diabolical!"
Fortunately, I did not repeat the mistakes of the previous season and during the winter I completed all the seasonal quests.
Today I clicked on Claim Reward Chest and received 16 chests.
In the next image you can see what I found inside the 16 chests.
I will sell the resource type NFTs because I chose to play only in the Farm mode and these NFTs are not useful for me while they might be useful for other players.
Based on the estimated market value of the resource type NFTs the value of the NFTs I found in the chests is 3.23 SWAP.HIVE = 0.82$.
Today I clicked on Get New Quests to receive 7 new seasonal quests.
In the next image you can see the 7 spring quests that I must complete if I want to receive the seasonal reward of 16 chests at the end of the current season.
I have received 5 quests that I can complete and 2 quests that I cannot complete because:
- I don't have 2 Gingers (3 stars) in my inventory and I can't complete the third quest
- I don't have French Beans seeds and I can't complete the sixth quest
To change the 2 quests I can't complete I used the reroll feature.
I have been very lucky because with only 2 rerolls I have received two quests that I can easily complete and now I have 7 out of 7 completable quests.
I also immediately completed the sell type quests.
I continue to follow my event-oriented strategy so I only sell crops to complete sell-type quests and will sell crops I have in my inventory during the next dCrops event to earn more event points with the goal of buying packs of cards in the event shop.
During each season I like to use the View Last Season Leaderboard feature to get useful information about the number of active players and CROP/SHARE ratio related to the previous season.
Knowing the CROP/SHARE ratio related to the previous season is useful information especially for new players because this way they can have an estimate of the value in CROP they can get by using a seed-type NFT.
In the previous season, season 96, players earned 0.440 CROP per SHARE point with a decrease in CROP gain compared to season 95 (CROP/SHARE = 0.389).
The gain in CROP per share point is something I consider important and like to monitor, which is why I share this information in each of my posts on dCrops.
Unfortunately, I did not take a screenshot of the CROP/SHARE ratio of season 80 but I will try not to miss the data of future seasons.

Keep in mind that this link only works for seasons 68 and up.
Starting from season 78 I also began to keep track of the number of active players season after season.
In season 96 the active players were 226 = -2 active players compared to season 95.
The last game operation I perform during each early season is the planting of my seed-type NFTs.
This season I also planted 12 Mystery seeds
The 12 Mystery seeds turned into the seeds you can see in the next image.
In the next image you can see all the seeds I planted today in my 79 plots.
I like to monitor the token value of the games I play and/or have invested in, and I will end this post with a small focus on the value of the CROP token.
In the next image you can see the difference in value in SWAP.HIVE and in dollars recorded by the CROP token in the time interval: March 26, 2025 - April 10, 2025.
Compared to 15 days ago, the dollar value of the HIVE token has decreased: -0.044$ = -17.32%.
Compared to March 26, 2025, the dollar value of the CROP token has decreased:
- Highest Bid value: -0.0002177$ = -28.56%
- Lowest Ask value: -0.000080$ = -12.04%
The daily trading volume of the CROP token is 314.31 SWAP.HIVE = $66.22.
On March 26, 2025 (15 days ago) it was 192.25 SWAP.HIVE = $49.06

La mia attività di gioco e i miei progressi su dCrops
Mi piace giocare agli Hive-based games e allo stesso tempo mi piace creare contenuti sui giochi nei quali sono un giocatore attivo e oggi ritorno a condividere la mia attività di gioco e i miei progressi su dCrops.
dCrops è un Hive-based farming game a cui ho iniziato a giocare durante il mese di maggio 2021 pochi giorni dopo la sua nascita.
Infatti è molto vicino il quarto anniversario di dCrops e di conseguenza è probabilmente molto vicino anche il prossimo evento organizzato da dCrops.
Oggi sono andato a vedere nel canale discord di dCrops se c'erano novità o annunci riguardo il prossimo evento.
Non c'è ancora un annuncio ufficiale ma c'è una conferma della creatrice del gioco che ad una domanda sul prossimo evento ha risposto "It's a surprise".
Su dCrops la mia strategia di gioco è stata sempre molto influenzata dagli eventi e infatti il motivo per cui conservo la maggior parte dei miei crops stagione dopo stagio è proprio il fatto che preferisco vendere i miei crops durante gli eventi perchè posso accumulare molti punti dell'evento con l'obiettivo primario di acquistare dall'event shop i pacchi di carte di dCrops.
Nel mio invetario ci sono crops di varia rarità per un valore di 38699 punti shares che venderò il primo giorno del prossimo evento.
Cerco di pubblicare un post su dCrops almeno una volta ogni 15 giorni perchè su dCrops ci sono le stagioni che durano proprio 15 giorni e anche perchè l'inizio di ogni stagione è il momento in cui è concentrata la maggior parte della mia attività di gioco.
Nel momento in cui scrivo questo post è in corso la primavera.
La primavera è iniziata da poco meno di un giorno e terminerà tra 14 giorni e 1 ora.
Ogni stagione di dCrops inizia per me con il Claim delle ricompense delle quests stagionali.
Da quando sono state attivate le quests stagionali ho saltato solo due claims e l'ultimo claims perso per me è stato proprio durante la precedente stagione perchè mi sono dimenticato di fare un harvest prima della fine della stagione e mi sono dimenticato di vendere 3 carrots.
Come dice un famoso detto: "errare è umano, perseverare è diabolico!"
Fortunatamente non ho ripetuto gli errori della precedente stagione e durante l'inverno ho completato tutte le quest stagionali.
Oggi ho cliccato su Claim Reward Chest e ho ricevuto 16 chests.
Nella prossima immagine puoi vedere cosa ho trovato all'interno delle 16 chests.
Venderò gli NFT di tipo resource perchè ho scelto di giocare solo nella modalità Farm e questi NFT non sono utili per me mentre potrebbero essere utili per altri giocatori.
In base al valore di mercato stimato degli NFT di tipo resource potrei guadagnare 3.23 SWAP.HIVE ma ovviamente solo se riuscirò a vendere questi NFT.
Oggi ho cliccato su Get New Quests per ricevere 7 nuove quests stagionali.
Nella prossima immagine puoi vedere le 7 quests primaverili che devo completare se voglio ricevere la ricompensa stagionale di 16 chests alla fine della stagione in corso.
Ho ricevuto 5 quests che posso completare e 2 quests che non posso completare perchè:
- non ho 2 Ginger (3 stelle) nel mio inventario e non posso completare la terza quest
- non ho French Beans seeds e non posso completare la sesta quest
Per cambiare le 2 quest che non posso completare ho utilizzato la funzionalità reroll.
Sono stato molto fortunato perchè con solo 2 rerolls ho ricevuto due quest che posso facilmente completare e adesso ho 7 quests completabili su 7.
Ho anche immediatamente completato le quests di tipo sell.
Continuo a seguire la mia strategia orientata agli eventi e per questo motivo vendo solo i crops per completare le quests di tipo sell e venderò i crops che ho nel mio inventario durante il prossimo evento di dCrops per guadagnare un numero maggiore di punti dell'evento con l'obiettivo di acquistare pacchi di carte nell'event shop.
Durante ogni stagione mi piace utilizzare la funzionalità View Last Season Leaderboard per avere informazioni utili sul numero di giocatori attivi e sul rapporto CROP/SHARE relativi alla precedente stagione.
Conoscere il rapporto CROP/SHARE relativo alla precedente stagione è un informazione utile soprattutto per i nuovi giocatori perchè in questo modo possono avere una stima del valore in CROP che possono ottenere utilizzando un NFT di tipo seme.
Nella stagione precedente, la stagione 96, i giocatori hanno guadagnato 0.440 CROP per ogni punto SHARE con un aumento di guadagno in CROP rispetto alla stagione 95 (CROP/SHARE = 0.389 CROP CROP).
Il guadagno in CROP per punto share è un elemento che considero importante ed è un elemento che mi piace monitorare e per questo motivo in ogni mio post su dCrops condivido queste informazioni.
Purtroppo non ho fatto uno screenshot del rapporto CROP/SHARE della stagione 80 ma cercherò di non perdermi i dati delle stagioni future.

A partire dalla stagione 78 ho iniziato a tenere traccia anche del numero dei giocatori attivi stagione dopo stagione.
Nella stagione 96 i giocatori attivi sono stati 226 = -2 giocatori attivi rispetto alla stagione 95.
L'ultima operazione di gioco che effettuo durante ogni inizio di stagione è la semina dei miei NFT di tipo seme.
In questa stagione ho piantato anche 12 Mystery seeds
I 12 Mystery seeds si sono trasformati nei semi che puoi vedere nella prossima immagine.

Mi piace monitorare il valore dei token dei giochi in cui gioco e/o ho investito e concludo la parte di questo post relativa a dCrops con un piccolo focus sul valore del token CROP.
Nella prossima immagine puoi vedere la differenza di valore in SWAP.HIVE e in dollari registrata dal token CROP nell'intervallo di tempo: 26 marzo 2025 - 10 aprile 2025.
Rispetto a 15 giorni fa il valore in dollari del token HIVE è diminuito: -0.044$ = -17.32%.

It really does feel like fewer and fewer people are playing. Great job on the past season! I'm continuing to farm but not actively investing more into the game. It does make it hard to get the reward chests, but I have so many other projects I'm investing in more heavily that something has to give somewhere!
