Capture de pantalla propio / Own screenshot Comenzando con ajustarle un poco a la cola de la imagen que seleccione ya que no estaba del todo conectada, así que con ayuda de la pluma le conecte todo de manera que no se notara el agregado.
Starting with adjusting a little bit the tail of the image I selected since it was not quite connected, so with the help of the pen I connected everything so that the addition was not noticeable.

Adjust the stream of water that I would place on him as a symbol of his water power, so that it would look like he was actually expelling it from his mouth.

I tried with the help of the brush to touch up the eyes, but I realized that the best I could do was to leave a red sparkle in one of them and it looked better.

Finally, as always, let the background be of a darker tone so that the figure stands out, as well as giving it a shadow to help it contrast.
