Welcome to this week’s Splinterlands Community Engagement Challenge! This time, we’re turning the spotlight on you to share your favorite strategies with the community.

Challenge Theme: Favorite Strategies

We all have that go-to deck or perfect card combo that helps us secure those clutch victories. Now’s your chance to tell everyone about it! Whether it’s a clever tactic or a tried-and-true strategy, we want to hear what makes your approach to Splinterlands stand out.

How to Participate

  • Pick a Strategy: Focus on your favorite deck, card combination, or unique gameplay tactic.
  • Write Your Blog Post: Dive deep into your strategy. How does it work? What cards are essential? What battle situations does it shine in?
  • Submit Your Post: Share your blog post in the comments below and share it on social media.

This is your chance to help fellow players level up and master their own gameplay. We can’t wait to see the creative and powerful strategies the community has to offer!

Challenge Rules

New Rule: Community Commitment & Reward Eligibility

To ensure the long-term sustainability and growth of the Hive ecosystem, we will evaluate the long-term commitment of participants when selecting winners. Specifically, we will review past rewards earned and currently held Hive Power (HP) as part of the selection process.

Participants who demonstrate an investor mindset by holding and growing their HP are more likely to be rewarded. Those who consistently extract all rewards without reinvesting into the ecosystem may not be eligible for prizes.

This rule aims to celebrate and encourage commitment to the Hive blockchain, fostering a strong and engaged community.

Submission Deadline: The deadline for submissions is 3 days before the post pays out. This is to ensure that our curators have enough time to review all the entries before the next challenge is posted. Your punctuality is appreciated!

Formatting Help: Need help formatting your post? Check out this ULTIMATE MARKDOWN TUTORIAL.

Tagging: Don't forget to tag your post with #splinterlands and #play2earn to ensure it's part of the challenge.

Share on Social Media: Share your post on any social media site of your choice. Make sure to include links to both your HIVE post and the social media site you shared it on in the comment section of the challenge post.

What you earn: UPVOTES! Participants who follow ALL the rules will receive upvotes from the @steemmonsters account.

Voting Quantity: You can get a MAXIMUM of 2 upvotes per week, per human. Please limit your entries to TWO posts a week. Take your time, make your posts awesome, and impress us with your Splinterlands skills!

Fair Play: Anyone found using more than one account to enter the contest will be muted in the community and banned from all curation and the possibility for participation in future contests.

Please note: Upvotes are not guaranteed and are up to the curator's discretion.

Manual Curation

Splinterlands/steemmonsters is all about community engagement, and that's why we're manually curating (upvoting) your posts! We have an amazing team of community curators, and official team members also have the 'powers' to upvote! We work together to try to upvote in order of entry. Sometimes we get a couple of days behind, just so we can let the VP heal in order to give larger upvote values. So, make sure you drop your links within a day or two of posting so we can get to it.

Curators are rewarded with higher upvotes on their posts and are allowed up to three per week, rather than two. This is our way of saying "Thank you!"

Hi there, wonder if I eligible with the new rules, I have mostly of my HBD stacked on saving even have buy some with my HP, I have been unstacking some of my HP to buy DEC them buy Splinterlands cards with that DEC and still keep most of them, helping a lot more to Splinterlands in this way than just stacking HP, is the HP the only think that will be counting?

Please increase you hive power for a better K/E ratio. KE Ratio = (Author Rewards + Curation Rewards) / HP.

Much appreciated the support. Has been slowly working towards increasing my HP since for the past 6 months or so with daily power ups but will still take a while to have the ideal KE ratio.

Your KE is really high = 16.65. Please increase you hive power for a better K/E ratio and vote rewards. KE Ratio = (Author Rewards + Curation Rewards) / HP.

Ok, I don't quite understand the terms, but if you can provide me with a way to see the KE ratio I would be very grateful. But it's because I don't vote much and interact with posts.

Hi, just calculate by dividing your total hive power earning (including both author and curation rewards ) by your current HP, thats your KE. The lower KE, the better and by having more hp, you can lower your KE. !bbh
