Splinterlands Battle Tip : Choosing Right cards helps in winning battle.

Splinterlands deck sometime overwhelm the player but if you keep the basic clears and invest little time in understanding your card then not only the card selection become easy and fun but give you the nice wins. There are always some key cards that become the part of the lineup but before creating any lineup, you should first check and analyze the game rulesets and mana conditions. Think in your mind that which cards and summoner you like to play. Which will be other cards that will be assisting your main cards. Also, it is very important to make a good lineup that I already discussed in my one of earlier posts.

Let Analyze the ruleset.

Ruleset allows only 24 mana, allows only "Magic attack", will cause "Magic Reflect" and monsters "opportunity and sneak" ability is no use due to ruleset. It is better you hover your mouse on ruleset and understand it correctly.

Choosing the Summoner

Since it allows only magic cards to be played, so it be natural to pick the summoner that might enhance the magic attack of team like "Obsidian" or reduce magic attack of opponent like "Thadius Brood" or go with "Immortalis" that has shield against the magic attack and I choosed "Immortalis".

Tank Selection

At first use of "Goblin Psychic" as a tank look little weird but having "Mycelic Splipspawn" at tail justify this move as it is going to take majority attacks.

Why Spirit Hoarder?

Triage is a very useful ability that Spirit Hoarder have. In other words, it is going to heal my tail cards.

Finally I put "Mycelic Slipspawn" at the end of the lineup. It's taunt ablity is to attract all the attack and Spirit hoarder providing "Tirage" support to it. Due to summoner "Immortalis" it has going to have void ability. With all these buffs , I am sure my opponent will have hard time or may be impossible to take this monster down.

This is how my final lineup look against my opponent after Summoner abilities in the effect. Opponent summoner reduces my monsters magic attack by 1. Since opponent monster has max 2 attack at this time, so I will get max 1 damage by opponent monsters, thanks to "Void" ability.

Now it is time for monsters to apply their buffs and debuffs and "Silence" by "Goblin Psychic" reduce the enenmy monster magic attack by 1. Now all enemy monsters have 1 magic attack only and I have "Void" ability. It definitely a losing case for my opponent even before start of the batttle.

As expected a easy win for me there and "Gold League player" won against a "Diamond League Player" and I give credit to my card selection strategy.
