CONCLAVE ARCANA PRE SALE AND POTIONS

The Conclave Arcana pre sale is going well and midnight potions have now got a release date.

The pre sale is going well with the leaderboard really seeing some big sales . To get in the top 250 you will need to buy over 100 of the standard packs. And we are seeing sales on all the packs.

16 percent of the Standard packs have been sold already and I expect them to sell out last as the big spenders buy up the alchemy and legendary packs.

Alchemy packs are leading the way and have already sold 35 percent of the allotted supply for the presale. This I feel is due to the increased possibility of getting a black foil card I believe, as the have a drop rate of 1 in 80 packs.

The legendary packs are doing about the same as the standard packs as these packs do cost more but give a better drop rate on black foils and also a guaranteed legendary card so I am not surprised they are doing about the same as standard packs. When alchemy packs finally sell out I think that legendary pack sales will pick up.

So how many packs should you buy? That is up to you, I do encourage everyone to only spend what you can afford. Posting about Splinterlands on Hive blockchain is a great way to get way to get some hive which can be used to buy more dark energy crystals for packs.
I personally am looking at buying ten standard packs and anything over and above that will be a bonus.
Why ten standard packs? Ten standard packs will give me 50 cards and is the best way to maximise the amount of cards you get. I will have a smaller chance of getting a black foil card but at least I will be able to start building my Conclave Arcana deck out without breaking my budget. The second reason is that ten packs will get me 40k points in the presale and earn me an Arcane Skinwalker. I do not really have a lot of money to spend so if I want any extras I will need to rely on earning some crypto before the airdrop ends.

Personally I would love to be able to buy 100 packs and get Gramel the hunger but that will cost USD$400 and that is unfortunately way out of my budget at the moment.

🧪 MIDNIGHT POTIONS 🧪

Potions, potions, potions get your potions. Midnight potions have officially been announced and have a launch date. But what is all the fuss about you ask? These beautiful little potions will only be crafted and sold by the players. Yes you heard right these potions will not be sold by Splinterlands meaning that you will need to craft them yourself or buy them from someone selling them on the secondary market. You will need a plot of land to farm Aura which is used to make Midnight potions. You will also need wood, iron, stone and grain to run your Aura lab.

The reason the potions are going to be sort after is that they are used to increase your chances of getting a black foil card.
But why would you want one?
Black foil cards are numbered cards meaning that they have mint numbers on them making them desirable for collectors.
But I am not a collector so why bother?
Not only are they numbered but they are also a max level card. This means no combining black foil cards as they are max level already. Whatever level you play at you can be rest assured that your black foil card will be available to play at max level.
And if that is not enough you also earn more for your wins in ranked mode. 20 percent reward bonus for your battles which is better then using gold foil cards.

As you can see these cards have some great benefits.
