Yo Yo My Sovereigns, Wattup?

Welcome to episode 165 of my weekly Splinterlands 101 video podcast, with fellow @hiveaustralia members, and co-hosts of the show, @mattclarke and @giotrix

OK, so we've been talking about this for a while now and tonight it happened.

On this episode we open 611 Gladius cases, and all I can say is Wow! We had some pretty amazing results and some synchronicities with the cards.

We even had a surprise guest who joined us for the 2nd half of the show (@blingit), who opened some packs of her own, hunkered down in Queensland Australia during a wild and devastating cyclone.

Dang that's a lot of cases. Why do you hold them for so long?

Good question. 1: We decided to wait, for mainly needing extra cards to upgrade to the next levels
2: Holding off from opening packs creates some sort of entertainment which we could use in an episode.

So I can open a lot at once. Opening 2 or 3 at a time has lost its excitement. This was really fun and I could see instant results. I levelled many cards doing this.

Phew... just getting back on now!! the wind has stopped, the heavy heavy rain last night has caused lots of evacuations in our area, just a suburb over. thankfully we are high and dry with water AND power.

there is still rain falling in the creek catchment. They way Ipswich floods is not via rain in our river (the Bremer) but beacause the Bremer is the way for the creek water to escape and our creeks got hammered. this means that the water is still 6 hours away from flooding our river. its coming... but we should still be good. just lots of bridges are out and roads shut.

Thanks for the 1 min warning for the show that didn't allow me to get ready.... lol..

To all my flooded friends ... what a mess it is!!
