✨ Life sometimes hits harder than any battle in the arena.
Since March 31st, my world has shifted deeply. After almost 20 years of dedication, I was suddenly kicked out of my company with barely a word of gratitude. 💔
It’s been a tough blow, one that left me questioning many things... but also opened a new path.
One truth has become painfully clear:
Great corporations often admire those who sacrifice 14 hours a day for them, but they value very little those who choose their family first. 🕰️❤️
That will never be me.
Now, I'm in a time of self-growth and transformation, trying to discover what my next big mission in life will be. 🎯
My heart points clearly toward my true passion: education.
My top priority is to become a Maths High School Teacher, leaving behind the big corporate world to join the noble path of shaping young minds. 📚✨
And of course, through all this, Splinterlands remains a bright focus for me! 🧙♂️🔥
This game, this community, this journey, continues to inspire me and push me forward even in the hardest moments.

You can’t imagine how thrilled I was to participate in the first Hive Alliance Tournament! 😱🔥
This tournament was super special to me: an amazing chance to battle against some of the best players in Splinterlands under equal conditions! 🧙♂️🐉 The level of competition was insane, and every single match felt like a World Cup final! 🌍💥
Even though I finished in 6th place with a 7 wins and 7 losses record, I’m super proud of giving it my all 💪✨. It was an unforgettable experience, full of epic battles, intense strategies, and those moments when I was like: "¡No puede ser! 😲"

He became the first Hive Alliance Champion, a true fighter who ruled the tournament with an amazing 12 wins and only 2 losses. He truly earned the first Hive Alliance Tournament Badge on the battlefield, showing real honor and strength! 🏅🛡️
Thanks to fate, Minhchang will always be remembered as the very first winner — and even more special, as someone who was part of both founding guilds of this historic tournament. 🔥⚔️ It's a story we will always remember when we talk about how it all started.
In this tournament, the rewards were not about money (even though getting a Rebellion pack is always a nice bonus! 🎁😜).
The real reward was the prestige: the pride of being the first champion and, until today, the only player who holds the Hive Alliance Tournament Badge! 🛡️✨

Thanks for stepping in my friend! Yes it's about me. Fortunately all major family investments have been made. But the uncertainty with two little girls is real. The objective is to expand the project to all highly compromised Hive community in Splinterlands. Like U ^^. #Vonak
Hello @seattlea 😊 Anyone can participate by creating tournaments under the Hive Alliance Tournament Initiative & posting the Tournament & Results to our new community page https://peakd.com/c/hive-193807/created - there's a better description/rules described there. Currently, I have the "Tournament Creator" role/partnership with Splinterlands to create Splinterlands Open/Ghost Card Tournaments like we used for this one between our two Guilds! This is not a necessary requirement, but definitely helps level the playing field for all who participate. If interested in creating one of these tournaments for your own Guild/with another Guild like we did, feel free to reach out to me on Discord to plan things out as I'd be happy to create a Ghost Card Tournament for your Community! ^.^

Glad to hear things are going well with planning out the next chapter of your life after being blindsided by such a major life change! Sounds like its going to be a Blessing in disguise & will be very rewarding to help teach/educate people in such a difficult field of study in comparison to your old work 🙌 (at least math was always the subject I struggled most with 😅). Very glad you're still wanting to progress this initiative with me after all that happening, definitely would have been bummed (but totally would have understood) if you felt you couldn't proceed 😌
@beffeater Ohh in regards to future H.A.Tournaments between our Guilds, I think it would be pretty cool if we could track & include progress of Hive Power Ups of Guildmates that were initiated for participation within these tournaments! I know for sure we had a couple people on our side that had to for this first one. For the next tournament results post, we can retroactively include the new Power Ups that this encouraged as well as any leading up to the 2nd. Lemme know watcha think here or in DMs (:
