Hello to all Splinterlands warriors!

When I landed on Splinterlands a few weeks ago, I didn't think I would enjoy it so much. I have loved games since childhood, but I wasn't even this addicted to Mario and NFS. One reason for this could be that they were played only on big screens, which were watched by everyone in the house, so no matter how much you felt like playing, you couldn't play for more than 1-2 hours.

This Splinterlands game, on the other hand, you can also play on your phone, and the best thing is that even if you are in the middle of a battle, you can easily do your other work, provided you have selected your cards in the stipulated time of team formation. I myself play Splinterlands battles during the day while cooking food. This is a kind of convenience that gives the room the opportunity to play even more battles in the game.

In just a few weeks, I've made it to Tier 1 of a Modern format league on Splinterlands thanks to the amazing cards delegated by @bravetofu

I realised the high-level cards are very helpful to win more battles. I am aware that this delegation will go away, so before that happens, I want to utilise this opportunity in the best way possible. This will not just help me learn the game more, but also help me move forward with the league.

Although I have seen this screen before as well, when the last tier was unlocked, I did not understand it all that much, but this screenshot is the latest one. Currently, I have reached tier one of the Bronze League and after unlocking this tier, extra metal work has been added to my simple metal shield with a burning stone in the middle, after which it looks even more attractive. This is a fun gamification, and it keeps adding a lot of elements, which is nice.

Apart from this, on reaching this tier, I have received 5 minor boxes in which I have won 3 nice cards and one of these cards is rare as well and I have also received 2 potions, one alchemy and one legendary, although I don't know how to use them yet, so for now I am focusing on these cards, which I have received as a reward just for playing the game without any additional investment.

Although one of these is a rare card which should seem more powerful, but according to my understanding, the first card with fire element seems better to me also because due to Brave I have Archon which gives additional +2 power to melee cards and I think due to its Reach ability it can be given a place in the team for the second line of defence in low mana battles. So Archon will increase the attack power; its speed is already good. The only problem is its health, and that may not be a problem to some extent, because it also has the Immunity ability, which will probably protect it from magic attacks.

I am not sure about this ability yet, but still, apart from its health, it can be a good card for the second line of defence in low mana battles. I have not fought any battle with it yet, but if I do in the future, then I will definitely tell you about it. So many new things are here in the game for me, and slowly, I am trying to learn and understand. I am a basic player in this game, and so far, it has been fun to play. I win battles and lose battles, so both are good for me in the current stage.
