Prophet Rosa is one of the most balanced summoners in the game offering both offensive and defensive options. Her abilities make her really good for many different battle scenarios. Whether you need extra range damage or a shield to defend your team, she has you covered.

However, what really makes Prophet Rosa stand out is the difference between her two abilities. Unlike other summoners, she doesn’t focus too much on just offense or defense. This makes her a solid pick for players who want to abuse the Tactics Stage in setting up their wins.

If you’re looking for a summoner that complements a variety of team setups, Prophet Rosa is a good choice. She fits well with many combos making her a favorite for both new and experienced players.

Prophet Rosa is a Rare Summoner, so you don’t need too many cards to level her up. She provides a +2 range damage buff and the Shield ability to selected monsters for her team. These abilities make her a strong choice for both offense and defense whichever the situation requires.

Between the two abilities, Shield ability is what I most often used. It's very useful as it halves the damage of 2/3 of the damage type in the game. Range damage is also delayed by simply adding armor as it cannot pass through armor unless your monster has Piercing ability. This makes Shield a lot better in most circumstances.

Pros

1. Most balanced Rebellion summoner in the game. Prophet Rosa is the most balanced Rebellion summoner in the game right now. She has both offensive and defensive abilities allowing you to adjust your strategy based on the battle and opponent's lineup.
2. Prophet Rosa complements any combo that includes a Void and Healer. Prophet Rosa works great with combos like Wave Brood and Angelic Mandarin or Baakjira and Merdaali Guardian. Her Shield ability adds to their survivability as the healer restores some of the damage they get.
3. Summoner Tactics have a lot of options. Water Splinter has monsters like Wave Brood with Void ability and Swamp Spitter with range damage. Prophet Rosa’s abilities enhance both their defense and offense, making her a versatile choice.

Cons

1. Not allowed in some rules of combat like Little League.
   Prophet Rosa’s 5 mana cost means she can’t be used in Little League Rules of Combat. This can be frustrating if you rely on her for your strategy.
2. Expensive to rent for a summoner with no abilities that affect all monsters.
   While not as costly as Legendary summoners, Prophet Rosa’s rental price can add up. Players on a budget might find it hard to rent at max level because of this.
3. Expose ability can remove both Shield and Void which threatens Prophet Rosa's combos.
   Expose ability can remove Shield or Void which are key to Prophet Rosa’s combos. This makes her less effective against teams with Expose monsters. The good thing is that there's a not a lot of monsters that has Expose ability and I rarely see them in battle. The bad thing is they still exist.

	Going the Distance	During this battle, only monsters with range damage type are allowed: Prophet Rosa’s 2 extra range damage shines here. Monsters like Wave Brood benefit greatly from this rule especially since you can use him as a main tank since he can attack from 1st position with Close Range.
	Super Sneak	All monsters on the board gains the Sneak ability that changes the targetting mechanics of monsters with Melee damage to "Opponent's monster that is on the last position.": Prophet Rosa counters melee heavy teams effectively. Her Shield ability reduces the damage from melee Sneak attacks.

	Little League	During this battle, only monsters with 4 or less mana are alowed: Like I mentioned, Prophet Rosa’s mana cost prevents her from being used in this rule limiting her availability.
	Wands Out	During this battle, only monsters with magic damage type are allowed: Shield ability halves the damage from melee attacks making Prophet Rosa’s team survive more in these battles.

Rank	Monsters	Description
	Baakjira	Baakjira’s high health, Heal and Void abilities pair well with Shield. This makes him a durable tank if you don't need Wave Brood's Taunt.
	Diemonshark	Diemonshark becomes even better in melee only battles with Shield. It’s a strong anti melee option that can hold the front line on his own taking opponents as he does so.
	Wave Brood	Wave Brood is a great match for Prophet Rosa. It uses her Shield ability for defense and extra range damage for offense.

Prophet Rosa is a very flexible summoner. She has both offensive and defensive abilities which allows me to use whichever is needed at the right moment. If I need more damage, add +2 range damage to both Wave Brood and Angelic Mandarine increasing their damage from 2 to 4 each. If I need more defense, put the Shield ability on either my main tank, Baakjira, or Wave Brood, depending on whom would take a more melee and range damage.

I had 2 extra mana so I added a filler monster for Weapons Training. Daigendark Surveyor can be replaced with Merdaali Guardian for more defense if mana allows.

Strong Opportunity monster that breaks through defenses. He is there to deal with the opponent's supports behind the tanks.

Complements Wave Brood and Baakjira with Silence and range damage. He also has Triage to restore any damage for Wave Brood. Prophet Rosa’s buffs can enhance his damage if you need more.

In this battle, since the opponent only has 1 melee monster and I think Baakjira can outheal the damage, I just decided to increase Wave Brood and Angelic Mandarin's damage by adding 2 extra range damage to them.

Prophet Rosa is a balanced summoner that offers both offensive and defensive abilities. Her Shield ability and +2 range damage make her versatile for many team setups. She’s a great choice for players looking for adaptability in their strategy.

Prophet Rosa is one of my most favorite summoners in Rebellion set. I like summoners that can be used for both attack and defense as it can adjust for my lineup's needs.

Overall, Prophet Rosa is a really good summoner for Water Splinter teams. She’s worth considering if you want a summoner that adapts to any situations. My lineup usually considers all angles and that is how I like to play my games and Prophet Rosa compliments this strategy a lot. This is the main reason she is an S-tier for me as a summoner.
