We use it every day, but have you ever thought about how scientific work is done inside it? And I will also share my own experience here. We can talk to people far away through the tower signal. Not only talking, mobile is now a kind of small computer. It includes processor, RAM, software system, touchscreen and high-quality camera. All together, it has made smartphones powerful and effective.

Scientists also say that there are some harmful aspects of using mobile. Looking at the screen for a long time causes eye strain, blue light causes sleep problems. Again, excessive use reduces attention and increases mental stress. Research has been done on the radio frequency emitted from mobile, but it has not yet been directly called harmful.

In my own experience, mobile has made my life a lot easier. Finding information for studies, taking online classes or learning something new - everything is now at hand. Along with that, there is also the joy of listening to music, watching videos or staying connected with friends. However, I understand that using it too much has a negative effect on the body and mind. Sometimes, using a mobile phone for a long time makes your head feel heavy and your concentration is lost. So I try to use the mobile phone for a limited time. Finally, I would like to say that the mobile phone is a wonderful gift of modern science. If used correctly, it will improve our lives, and unwanted use can lead to harm. So it is necessary to be aware of the use of mobile phones.
