Cigarettes: Scientific Facts and My Own Experience.
Assalamu Alaikum, how are you all. I hope everyone is well by the grace of Allah. Today I would like to share some of my own experiences and some scientific information about cigarettes with you. Since childhood, I have seen many people around me smoking cigarettes. At that time, I may not have understood it very well, but as I grew up, I realized that cigarettes are actually a silent poison.
Science says that cigarette smoke contains more than four thousand harmful substances. Among them, nicotine is addictive to the body, so once you start, you cannot easily quit. Tar gradually destroys the lungs, and carbon monoxide reduces the ability of the blood to carry oxygen. As a result, the risk of breathing problems, heart problems and cancer increases in smokers.
I have seen with my own eyes that those who smoke cigarettes for years, they gasp for air even when they walk a little, suffer from a stuffy cough. Their teeth turn yellow, and there is a kind of bad smell in their mouth. These are only visible from the outside, but the real damage is done inside the lungs are gradually destroyed.
The worst thing is when I see that innocent people around me are also affected by cigarette smoke. We call it passive smoking. I myself have felt annoyed many times when someone next to me lights a cigarette, and I unknowingly inhale the smoke.
I think it is not right to take such a big risk for a small habit. We only have one life, and it is our responsibility to keep that life healthy and beautiful. So I try to stay away from cigarettes as much as possible, and I also tell others bro, stay away from this thing.
