Jorissino Card Rental Analysis | Wave Brood

Hi fellow gamers on Hive Blockchain, I'm back to share about how my Splinterlands rental card is going. With the new series is launched already, the chaos legion is already forced out of the modern ranked. Now, let's see how the APR of my rented out Max lv Chaos Legion cards is worked today !

Out of all cards that I rented out with the total rent value at 1,029.373 DEC/day , the max Wave Brood is leading the APR for monster card with 84.99%. Just for information for you, APR is counted by comparing the income generates in a year with the card price. His rental price is at 20.5 dec/day, and having the value at around 9.383 USD. For monster cards that I have, wave brood has the higher rent APR at the moment. Ahead of this wave brood, there is a summoner cards, the Kelya Frendul sit on top of my list with 112.3%

Okay, what's so good with this epic monster that makes him have high enough demand to push the rental price into high APR ?

1. He got the taunt with high health, and void + return fire ability. This makes wave brood can counter against the archer really well, and can stand against magician as well because all magic damage will reduce by half (can turned into 0 if the enemies is having only 1 magic damage). All this factors makes wave brood become a very solid back monster. Only the melee assasin that can effectively hurt this monster and not affraid of hurted back. Combine him with the triage, and he will be hard to beat !

2. Close Range ability for attacking at the front. With close range ability, range monsters that used to unable to attack from the 1st position is now allowed to attack from the front. This makes you flexible to put it on the front or on the back, and on the range only ruleset, this close range ability is very useful as an additional attack chance.

3. Water element. I don't know if you feel the same, some people might not agreed, but for me water element is one of the best element on the Splinterlands !

1. Max level Wave Brood is having very high APR at almost 85%.

2. Wave Brood is very usefull as back taunter with the anti range and the toughness against magic. A proper support can make this monster very hard to beat.

3. Since chaos legion is already out from the modern league, then the demand might be lower on the next few weeks, because only people that play on the wild or surival now can take the benefit from this monster. So, the price (both for rental or market) might drop soon, so please DYOR before investing on this monster or any chaos legion monsters !
