Journey so far on Splintercell

So far, my early journey on Splinterlands has been interesting and kinda addictive . I honestly didn’t expect to get hooked so fast. At first, it felt like a lot to take in all the rules, mana caps, and abilities but you need to do is start and once I started understanding how the battles worked, I found myself wanting to play just one more match every time till my energy runs out.

Recently, I’ve started converting some coins to DEC tokens from the little rewards I get, just so I can start building my own deck. I haven’t bought any cards yet though, mainly because I don’t have much DEC for now and I’m still figuring out which cards would give me the best value.

I’ve really taken a liking to the Death element, though. There’s just something about its that seems easy to use for me that i dont have exclusive cards yet, especially the debuffs and simple strategy. At the same time, I’ve noticed that the Magic element feels super powerful, especially when you face opponents that stack magic attackers. Honestly, I still don’t know how to counter them properly. Sometimes it feels like no matter what I do, my cards are just destroyed. I'd keep on exploring though and leveling up.
