I Participate Daily in this contest. Infact I have a craze to engage with other hive member. My RC is less than 5% Right now. Slowly, i decrease my engagement then it will be managed.

Study the market first to see what APR you need to offer, it's an open market so you will need to wait for someone to fill the delegation, and when making it do not go for less than 4 weeks as you also need to cover the 5 days for the undelegation period as well, the longer the better, and then set how much you want to lease and adjust the price for an attractive APR, and once ready you pay the whole sum up front, @dlease will then pay it out daily to the delegator.
