Fatui Ranking Structure

One thing which I feel people simply take at face value and don't delve deeply into is the fatui ranking structure. It's my personal opinion that the overall ranking system of fatui is not only based on the physical power, I mean it surely does play a great role but it's not all about it. I feel that the ranking system is a combination of both the raw physical power (elemental, fighting power and/or magic etc.) and the overall intelligence and usefulness of that harbinger to the fatui and the Cryo Archon i.e. Tsaritsa. For example, Childe is still number 11 despite being a really powerful harbinger in terms of fighting prowess and combat skill, and person like Sandrone is much high above than him as she's not very strong physically but is a genius engineer and arms designer. So, whenever thinking of the ranking of a fatui harbinger, don't just look at the combat skill and physical power (&/or elemental/magical power) but also their overall skill set and ability to influence stuff.
