Increasing the Number of Fans by Opening Packs

It's time to increase my number of Fans in Rising Star Game and today I'm going to choose to open packs for that.

After reaching 300,000 Fans a few days ago I decided to increase my goal this month to 350,000 Fans.

I currently have 313,122 Fans, so to reach my goal of 350,000 Fans I will need 36,878 more Fans.

To increase the number of Fans the player has 2 options and they are:

  • Buy cards from other players in the market.

  • Buy and open packs in the game.

There is also the option of completing the Record Signing mission to get the FA1, FA2, FA3 or FA4 cards.

As I have mentioned several other times, my main option to increase my number of Fans is by buying and opening packs. In my opinion, this is the best option because it is the most fun and because, considering my experience opening packs, most of the time I get a higher number of Fans by opening packs than I would get by spending the same amount of STARBITS buying cards on the market.

To buy packs, the player has 1 option and they are:

  • 1 pack for 20,000 STARBITS.

Since I am going to buy 4 packs, I will choose the option of 1 packs for 20,000 STARBITS 4x, which means I will spend 80,000 STARBITS.

80,000 STARBITS is the equivalent of 0.18 Swap.Hive or $0.05 considering the current price of Hive.

Now that I bought the packs it's time to open them, so let's see if I'm lucky.

Unfortunately, I was caught off guard today with the changes in pack prices and was unlucky enough to only get cards with a few Fans in the packs I opened, which is why I only opened 4 packs.

After opening all 36 packs, my current Fan count is now 313,142, which means I need 36,858 more Fans to reach my goal of 350,000 Fans this month.

My EGO is still at 0% and that's good news because my strategy of doing 1 Music Lesson per day is giving results and I believe I won't have any problems with EGO anytime soon at this rate.

Now that this change has happened, I will need to think more about my strategy and see if it is really worth continuing to open packs to increase my number of Fans in the game.
