Big News - YAF (Young Art Fair) x Blockchain Hive – A Match Made in Creative Heaven!

Hey Hive Community!
We’re YAF (Young Art Fair) – or as our Polish fam calls us, Targi Młodej Sztuki (TMS) – and we’re absolutely thrilled to introduce ourselves as the newest kid on the blockchain… with a paintbrush in hand!

Who Are We?
Since bursting onto the Polish art scene in September 2023, YAF/TMS has been on a mission to democratize art and give emerging creators the spotlight they deserve. No stuffy galleries, no gatekeepers – just raw talent, vibrant energy, and a community that lives for creativity. Think of us as the “DIY revolution” of the art world, where artists and art lovers collide in a full rainbow of colors, ideas, and positive vibes.

Our Journey So Far
In just two years, we’ve grown from a scrappy Kraków-based experiment to a Poland-wide phenomenon. Here’s the scoop:

2023: Launched with 2 one-day events (and a lot of coffee).

2024: Scaled to 9 two-day editions in Kraków, Wrocław, and Katowice, supporting over 300 artists.

**2025: Ready to go bigger, bolder, and… blockchainer? **(Forgive us but we are learning new lingo, but we already love Hive)

Mixed events: Adding even more value to our fairs with workshops, exhibitions, and discussion panels alongside the main program. It’s not just a fair – it’s a full-on creative experience!

Our mission on blockchain is not only being present but also making full use of it, taking advantage of its full use cases, applications, and bringing this into our community, expanding through, within, and outside blockchain.

Artist empowerment: Grants in the form of free stands for artists chosen by YAF visitors.
Interviews with the most active artists to share their stories and inspire others.
Educational tools to help creators thrive in a rapidly evolving creative landscape.
