Internet is still very spotty there huh? I had an interesting trip in Cuba years and years ago.... international was bad then too.
a good connection for us is having 18kb/s in mobile data, public WIFI go up to 256kb/s.
1 to 4 MB/s is like being in heaven 😅.
I can relate! We were off grid for 3 years... luving off our cell phone's data for everything we did! including watching TV to entertain a toddler 😆
