Weekly Splinterlands Community Engagement Challenge: Legends in the Making

Greetings, dear friends of Hive Blockchain! I hope you all are doing well and feeling healthy. I am also good and enjoying my life. It's Monday 7th day of April 2025, here in Pakistan. Today, I am going to participate again in the Splinterlands Community Engagement challenge, Theme: Legends in the Making. I am sharing this post as my entry for the Splinterlands Community Engagement challenge. You can also participate in this weekly challenge. Challenge Theme: Legends in the Making:

This week's theme is Legends in the Making which means to reflect on your beginnings, milestones, and what keeps you coming back to the battlefield. I have already shared my journey of how I started this game, so in this post, I will again talk about my Splinterlands Journey and what my plans are for the near future.

How did you discover Splinterlands?:

As I have described about and I will add something more to it, I joined Splinterlands in November 2018, and since then, I have been playing Splinterlands. My brother invited me to Splinterlands, and he guided me on Splinterlands like how to play Splinterlands. I didn't know about it that much at that time, so he bought a Spellbook and some useful cards for me.

What was your first card or most memorable early battle?:

I don't remember my battles, but I remember my first summoner that I upgraded at that time was Zintar Mortaliswhich I upgraded to level 4 at that time. I still have that monster at level 4, and I am still playing with that summoner, and that is why it is still my favorite summoner.

Duration of Participation:

I have been playing Splinterlands since November 2018, so it is almost 5 years, and in those 5 years, I have achieved many goals. I am a seasoned veteran, and I play Splinterlands daily. You can see in the screenshot below my joining date. Until now, I have regularly played splinterlands.

How has your strategy evolved since you started?:

At the beginning, my strategy was to upgrade one splinter monster and then move to the new splinters. First, I upgraded the Death splinter monsters and summoner, then I moved towards the water and Earth splinters. When I upgraded these splinter monsters, I was confident whenever I was playing battle. Gradually, I upgraded the remaining splinter monsters, and now I have upgraded almost all of the splinter monsters to some level.

My Accomplishments:

I have achieved many accomplishments in this game. My biggest achievement was playing in the Champions League. I reached the highest rating of 4651, and my peak rank was 12 at that time. After the introduction of Collection power in the game, I played in the Gold League, and the highest league I reached was Gold 1.

What are your goals in the game now?:

My upcoming goals in splinterlands are to reach the 200k staked SPS milestone, and still I have not reached that goal. I am on the way and hope to reach it soon. My other goals are to reach the Champions League again, as I have not reached it since the new rules were implemented. I hope to achieve my goal soon.
