MoonKarts Karts & Parts - Let's Get to Know

In any racing game, your vehicle defines much of your competitive edge. In MoonKarts, the “Karts & Parts” system is more than just skins—it’s a layered structure of performance, customization, and strategy that separates good racers from great ones.
The Kart Hierarchy
MoonKarts offers several tiers of karts, each with its own flavor:
Primary Kart (Astro Kart): The beginner’s baseline. With balanced stats—roughly 70% top speed, 80% handling, 85% health, and 75% acceleration—it’s approachable yet upgradeable.
Astral Karts (two versions: LunocityX, Quasar Sport): Here racers gain sharper speed boosts, better acceleration, or superior durability—depending on the version. LunocityX pushes speed and acceleration; Quasar Sport emphasizes durability and handling.
Lunar Karts (Nebula Guard, Arachno Eclipse): These are the specialty machines. The Nebula Guard prioritizes speed and precision; Arachno Eclipse emphasizes health and stability. If you want to excel in longer, tougher races, Lunar karts are built for that.

Tech Cards & Parts
Racing is also about what’s under the hood. MoonKarts splits parts into multiple categories with rarities:
Engine upgrades: Common ones give small speed boosts; legendary ones give dramatic gains—with trade-offs (e.g. slight hit to handling).
Tires: Better grip and turn radius, especially in higher rarity parts, though sometimes at the cost of acceleration.
Body kits: Increase health and durability with increasing rarity; legendary kits boost these significantly but slightly reduce other stats like acceleration in some cases.
Gearbox / Acceleration-focused parts: Rare to legendary gear upgrades escalate acceleration; the highest tiers come with small handling or speed trade-offs.
Accessories & Balance
Accessories (antennas, wheels, exhaust pipes, etc.) serve dual purposes: aesthetic customization plus modest performance tweaks. Boosts are intentionally small—usually +1-4% depending on rarity—to avoid overpowering visual builds.
MoonKarts’ development team also emphasizes balancing: as new tech cards, karts, and parts are introduced or upgraded, tweaks will be made to keep races fair and competitive.
