A few words about Splintershards (SPS) (2024.11.25)

I checked the value of the Splintershards (SPS) after a long time.

After the price of the token fell from around $0.90 USD to around $0.015 USD, I simply left the more than 900 staked Splintershards (SPS) where they were.

Since then I staked some of the interest, and I also sold some of them on the Hive Engine.

At one point, I saw that the price of the Splintershards (SPS) went below $0.01 USD, but I currently do not know what price was its lowest price so far.

Currently it is $0.0101 USD.

I remember that I bought some Splintershards (SPS) around $0.20 USD in the past.

So this is not my best investment so far.

But it can anything in the future, depending mostly on the future changes/improvements/developments of Splinterlands.

I keep my staked Splintershards (SPS) for now. Probably for years.

So it really can be anything in the future. Maybe one day it will be much more valuable. Who knows how the game mechanics and economics will change in the next few years.

Most things are a long-term! Sometimes you lose, sometimes you win. Hopefully the wins make up for any losses

I agree. At least in terms of investing. I plan to build both my Hive Power too and my Dollars (HBD) savings too for long term.

It will be interesting to see where they will be even in a few years.

They already did in this case. I bought only a very small amount of Splintershards (SPS) in the past. I earned most of it.

That's awesome! I had earned most of my SPS too, and I know I sold it at some point (don't know when).

Same with Hive. I did keep most into HBD. Future us will thank ourselves!

I don't play this, but I get some SPS tokens occasionally and swap them for others.

Nowadays I rarely play Splinterlands, but it was one of my favourite video games in/around 2019.

Splinterlands was much better in the past than nowadays.

But there were some favorable in-game changes in the recent past.

Splinterlands has a good chance to become a widely known, widely liked, widely played game.

The developers are constantly working on it.
