Free accounts? Where do I apply for them? I've been playing for almost a month and I'm in a guild, so I didn't buy the spellbook. I assume that for an account to be free, it has to have the spellbook. Right?

The proposal just passed and is being rolled out. If you are part of a qualifying failed project you may be able to get one.

Hi wizloge The proposal he is talking about is to rescue people that lost all their assets in another game. It doesn't apply to you.
