Splinterlands: A short review

So this is my first post on playing a game on hive blockchain. The popular game Splinterlands. To be frank I thought it might be hard at first, but the creators have managed to put it together in a wonderful way.

To those who have'nt yet started playing this game, do check it out on the link below at the end of this article. I have'nt joined the splintertalk community yet, but will soon join them too. The splintertalk is a community of folks playing this game.

Now about this game. It's a game based on strategy and tactics. The better the tactics the better the strategy, better chance of you winning against the opponent. There are many modes in the game, including the practice mode, in which you can practice against an opponent. They also have the option of joining guilds. I've sent request to a few guilds, let's see if they accept novices. I'm still exploring this game and it's wonderful gameplay.

In the next few posts will talk more about the inner game mechanics and how we might earn real value by trading cards in this game, as I'm told by the kind folks on ecency.
