Another new ruleset presents itself here.

Honestly, not as exciting as Tis but Scratches, but I'm happy to see new rulesets nonetheless.

Up to Eleven

This ruleset gives everyone the Amplify ability.

In particular, monsters or summoners with Thorns, Return Fire, and Magic Reflect are stronger since they will reflect more damage back.

I can't figure out what Up to Eleven means at all.

The Battle

Both my opponent and I chose to ignore the new ruleset.

I had Grandmaster Rathe, which already has the Amplify ability.

My opponent did not have a single Thorns, Return Fire, or Magic Reflect at all.

Unfortunately for me, Kelya is too strong in the current meta (imagine fighting a Lux Vega).
