I'm not a big fan of fighting monsters with the Flying ability because they have a good chance of dodging attacks, but there is an ability that will be of great help against them, this ability is Wingbreak and it is about it that I will talk about in this post and the monster I will use as an example is the Night Reaper.

The Wingbreak ability makes the card always target the first monster with the Flying ability, regardless of position, abilities or battle rules and it will cause +2 damage against monsters with the Flying ability.

In my opinion, the Flying ability is quite annoying to deal with because it greatly increases the chances of the monster dodging the attack, but since the Night Reaper also has the Flying ability and its attack type is magical then it will have no problem hitting its target and will cause a lot of damage.

Watch The Battle

One of the monsters that I find annoying is the Chaos Dragon, it has a lot of life, a lot of attack and still has very strong abilities which are Flying, Scattershot, Blast and Blind. So in the strategy I'm using in this battle, he'll be my nemesis because he'll have the chance to cause a lot of damage to the backline, and that's why monsters like the Night Reaper will be very useful in the battle, since he'll target monsters like the Chaos Dragon, and since he'll cause more damage against monsters with the Flying ability, defeating the Chaos Dragon quickly wouldn't be a problem.

In this specific battle, I was unlucky enough that my opponent had another monster with the Flying ability, so the Chaos Dragon wasn't the Night Reaper's first target, but that's okay because he was still very useful, causing a lot of damage against Uriel The Purifier, which is my opponent's first monster with the Flying ability.

So that you can better understand the usefulness of the Night Reaper in my strategy, I'll give a brief summary of it.

My strategy is very simple and it is based on having my backline protected and for that I choose Summoner Lily Shieldpaw, with her my monsters will receive the Camouflage ability and they will only be targets of attacks when they are in the first position, with the exception of monsters with the Scattershot ability and they can also receive damage from the Blast ability. That is why focusing on the Chaos Dragon is essential because it is a monster that has the Scattershot and Blast abilities, so it will be able to cause a lot of damage to my backline and for that not to happen I need to defeat it as quickly as possible and believe me when I say that the Chaos Dragon is very used in battles so having a way to defeat it quickly is a great way for my strategy to remain intact and that is why I decided to test the Night Reaper, but unfortunately I was unable to make it attack the Chaos Dragon at the beginning, but if it were not for Uriel The Purifier then the Chaos Dragon would be the target and it would have been defeated in just 2 attacks.

I have no doubt that I will want Night Reaper in my collection and hope to be able to level him up to max level before a new set of reward cards is released.

Eu não sou um grande Fã de enfrentar monstros com a habilidade Flying porque eles possuem uma boa chance de se esquivar dos ataques, mas existe uma habilidade que será de grande ajuda contra eles, essa habilidade é a Wingebreak e é sobre ela que irei falar nesse post e o monstro que vou usar como exemplo é o Night Reaper.

A habilidade Wingbreak faz a carta sempre ter como alvo o primeiro monstro a habilidade Flying, independente da posição, habilidades ou regra de batalha e ela vai causar +2 de dano contra monstros com a habilidade Flying.

Na minha opinião a habilidade Flying é bem chata de lidar porque ela aumenta muito as chances do monstro se esquivar do ataque, mas como o Night Reaper também possui a habilidade Flying e seu tipo de ataque é mágico então ele não vai ter problemas em acertar o seu alvo e vai causar bastante dano.

Um dos monstros que considero irritante é o Chaos Dragon, ele possui muita vida, muito ataque e ainda possui habilidades muito fortes que são a Flying, Scattershot, Blast e Blind. Então na estratégia que eu estou utiliza nessa batalha ele vai ser o meu nêmesis porque ele vai ter a chance de causar muito dano na backline e por isso monstros como o Night Reaper vão ser bem úteis na batalha já que ele vai ter como alvo monstros como o Chaos Dragon e como ele vai causar mais dano contra monstro com a habilidade Flying então derrotar o Chaos Dragon rapidamente não seria um problema.

Nessa batalha em especifico eu tive o azar de que meu adversário tinha outro monstro com a habilidade Flying então o Chaos Dragon não foi o primeiro alvo do Night Reaper, mas não tem problema porque ainda sim ele foi bem útil causando muito dano contra o Uriel The Purifier, que é o primeiro monstro com a habilidade Flying do meu adversário.

Para que vocês entendam melhor a utilidade do Night Reaper em minha estratégia eu vou fazer um breve resumo sobre ela.

Minha estratégia é bem simples e ela se baseia em ter a minha backline protegida e para isso eu escolho o Summoner Lily Shieldpaw, com ela os meus monstros vão receber a habilidade Camouflage e eles apenas serão alvos de ataque quando estiverem na primeira posição, com exceção contra monstros com a habilidade Scattershot e também poderão receber dano da habilidade Blast. Por isso focar no Chaos Dragon é essencial porque ele é um monstro que possui a habilidade Scattershot e Blast, então ele será capaz de causar muito dano na minha backline e para que isso não aconteça eu preciso derrotar ele o mais rápido possível e acredite em mim quando eu falo que o Chaos Dragon é muito utilizado nas batalhas então ter um meio de derrotar ele rapidamente é uma ótima maneira da minha estratégia permanecer intacta e por isso eu decidir testar o Night Reaper, mas infelizmente não conseguir fazer com que ele atacasse o Chaos Dragon no inicio, mas se não fosse o Uriel The Purifier então o Chaos Dragon seria o alvo e ele teria sido derrotado em apenas 2 ataques.

Não tenho dúvidas de que vou querer o Night Reaper na minha coleção e espero conseguir elevar ele para o level máximo antes que uma novo conjunto de cartas de recompensa seja lançada.
