Battle

The ruleset for this battle is ODD ONES OUT (Only units with an odd number of mana are allowed), EXPLOSIVE WEAPONRY (All units receive an additional BLAST ability), and WHAT DOESN'T KILL YOU (All units receive an additional ENRAGE ability).

In the first round, Pelacor Bandit from each team attacked their respective targets. The opponent's Pelacor Bandit damaged the ARMORs of Pelacor Bandit and Gem Meteor, while my Pelacor Bandit damaged the ARMORs of Hardy Stonefish and Pelacor Bandit on the opposing side. Gem Meteor instantly defeated Endless Gibbon using the PIERCING ability while damaging Sea Wreck and Uraeus's ARMOR using the BLAST ability. However, Gem Meteor received a counterattack from Sea Wreck, who used the RETURN FIRE ability.

Musa Saline attacked Cruel Sethropod and destroyed its entire ARMOR using the SHATTER ability. Luckily, Tide Biter is protected from the BLAST because he has the REFLECTION SHIELD ability. Venari Wavesmith and Angelic Mandarin attacked Sea Wreck and injured Uraeus using BLAST , but they were hit back with MAGIC REFLECT and RETURN FIRE abilities.

Uraeus failed to land his attack on Pelacor Bandit and he ended up being defeated via BLAST as Tide Biter attacked Sea Wreck. Cruel Sethropod briefly attacked Sea Wreck and damaged Musa Saline's ARMOR before being defeated by Sea Wreck (who managed to increase his stats after defeating Cruel Sethropod).

In round two, Venari Wavesmith briefly attacked Sea Wreck, removing the stat boost he gained in the previous round using his DISPEL ability, and injured Musa Saline using BLAST. Unfortunately, Venari Wavesmith was defeated by MAGIC REFLECT and Sea Wreck regained his stat boost. Musa Saline attacked Tide Biter and injured Angelic Mandarin using the BLAST ability.

Angelic Mandarin damaged Sea Wreck's ARMOR and injured Musa Saline using BLAST. But his attack was countered by Sea Wreck using RETURN FIRE ability. Tide Biter also attacked Sea Wreck and dealt additional damage to Musa Saline using the BLAST ability.

My Pelacor Bandit defeated Hardy Stonefish and dealt additional damage to the opponent's Pelacor Bandit. That increased the Attack power of Pelacor Bandit on the opponent's side, and it instantly defeated my Pelacor Bandit while dealing damage through its BLAST ability on Gem Meteor. Gem Meteor defeated Sea Wreck and dealt damage to Musa Saline, but it also lost to Sea Wreck's RETURN FIRE ability.

In the final round, Angelic Mandarin lost first after taking a direct attack from the opponent's Pelacor Bandit and taking damage through BLAST when Musa Saline attacked Tide Biter. But it was reversed by Tide Biter, who defeated Musa Saline through a direct attack, and Pelacor Bandit, who lost due to the BLAST effect of the attack.

Battle Review

After the last discussion, I faced Heloise the Hollow; this time, I faced Sea Wreck, which I also rarely encountered. However, this is understandable because his Mana points are large, so they cannot always be used in every battle.

The Sea Wreck used by the opponent has reached its max level, so I can know all of its abilities. Sea Wreck at its max level is quite troublesome for Range and Magic units, because it has the RETURN FIRE and MAGIC REFLECT abilities to counter their attacks. In addition, he also has AMPLIFY , which amplifies the previous two abilities, so the damage he deals using the previous 2 abilities is greater.

As it happened in this battle, most of my Range and Magic units were defeated by Sea Wreck using the RETURN FIRE and MAGIC REFLECT abilities. However, I was able to win (dramatically) because of the WHAT'S DOESN'T KILL YOU ruleset, which grants ENRAGE ability to all units as well as EXPLOSIVE WEAPONRY, which grants additional BLAST ability. In fact, because of the additional 2 abilities, Tide Biter can use 2 opponent units at once.
