No. It depends on the score you see beside your name
The more it increses the more you can write.
And also minimize how you comment
But inorder for people not to think you are spamming, you should probably write with 2 different accounts
so that's how it worked, I got new info from here (though I won't be able to use it because I can only write 3-4 articles per week)
Dont worry your score will increase as far as you post your daily limit and get upvoted by people with high hive power.
