Learning to Control My Anger

We show feelings and/or emotions to the people on how we respond things like when we guide them, we help then, we express our sympathy to them, etc etc.

My emotions differs on the people that I am facing or I am talking with but usually I will I show the same emotions to these people that I encounter but there are times that I show different emotion to that person because there are things that I am curious about.

There are times that I am silent when I am angry and there are times that I am also expressive when I am angry at anyone maybe that differs on the situation that I am but still, I try to become calm if ever that I am angry at all times.

Before, I was really expressive whenever I am angry and that too expressive on showing my angriness just like a simple problems that arises before and I became expressive on my angriness to that problem but that realizes me something about becoming too expressive and the these people that I showed about my expressiveness gave distance not all but some of them.

My expressive type before whenever I am angry gave me a big impact on how to handle things fluently and directly and over time I changed these expressiveness to a silent type of an angry but not all of it because there are times that when I'm too angry about something, I cannot control not to become expressive to it but if I have in that kind situation, they said that I need to calm down and inhale and exhale for ten counts for my angriness to go down and to clarify the issue with a calm manner.

I learn that idea while watching a video before on how to overcome the situation on not going to have a beast mode or give my frustration to someone that is not related to the issue.

I think I watched that video in one of the social media and they said that to calm yourself make an exhale and exhale for ten counts and then proceed with the issue so that the expressiveness on the anger issue will not overcome in a situation.

Still, today, there are times that I will be expressive but I try to calm the situation and proceed to solve the problem and not to point someone to put the blame on the problem.
