Hey Splinterlands Warriors!
I'm super excited to share how I finally completed Campaign 12.3 — using only starter cards! 🎉
⚔️ The Struggle:
I tried many times but always lost. At one point, I even brought the boss — Hungry Troll (55/3 HP) — down low… but still failed.
That’s when I realized my mistake: I wasn’t building enough dodge/speed synergy.
🧠 The Strategy That Worked
I built a team around Barthalamas — my key card that buffs dodge and speed.
Here’s the exact lineup I used to win Campaign 12.3:
🛡️ Main (A): Barthalamas – Dodge & speed boost to all
🏹 Ash Archer
💥 Chaos Furybringer
🧘 Vengeful Monk
🪓 Sturdy Axe Warden
🛡️ New Beluroc Aegis
⚖️ Scales of Justice

💡 Dodge synergy increased my team’s evasion by over 25%, and combined with Barthalamas, it was hard for the slow Hungry Troll to land hits!

The final challenge in the campaign was no joke! It took me LOTS of tries to beat it, but it felt so good once I succeeded.
