My Actifit Report Card: January 24 2025

Hoy mi caminata por la ciudad fue realmente refrescante. Comencé mi ruta por un parque lleno de árboles y flores, donde me crucé con un grupo de niños jugando al fútbol. Sus risas y gritos de emoción llenaban el aire, y me recordaron lo divertido que es disfrutar de los pequeños momentos.

Más adelante, conocí a una señora mayor que vendía plantas en un pequeño puesto. Tenía un conocimiento increíble sobre cada especie y me contó que había cultivado su propio jardín durante más de 30 años. Fue inspirador escuchar su pasión por la naturaleza.

A medida que avanzaba, vi un mural impresionante en una pared que representaba la diversidad de nuestra ciudad. Los colores vibrantes y los mensajes de unidad me hicieron sentir parte de algo más grande. Sin duda, cada caminata me regala momentos sorprendentes que me conectan con la comunidad. ¡Ya estoy deseando la próxima!
